More than happy to answer any direct questions Interaction: Ose is unreliable. He installed my garage in 2015. I had multiple issues where the garage wouldn't work or fall off the track and it took him 3-days+ to come out and fix it. He then flat out refused to come to my house to fix the broken garage door which he installed and does not pick up Mechanical: Ose installed an INDOOR Janus mini pantheon device and an INDOOR aluminum door for an OUTDOOR roll-up garage with wooden posts (more on this later). He did not run electricity to the garage so we had to run an extension cord from my house to the device.... yes, I spent $12k on a garage with an extension cord from my house powering the mechanics of the garage. And Ose didn't tell me this until after everything was installed and asked me how I wanted to power the garage. So, given that the indoor panel/device was installed (mind you I did not know this at the time of installation), I asked Ose what he was going to do to protect the device. So instead of having an answer, the team went to Home Depot and bought a plastic storage bin to fit around the panel... Pictures attached. Additionally, the door does NOT have motion sensors in the event something is in the way of the door, it stops or reverses back to the top. THe door will continue to drop either injuring a person, or getting stuck on a device (a garbage bin) and continue to roll down, folding the door on top of itself. Lastly - I had 4 other garage companies come to the house to look at the problem and all 4 asked "why are you using wooden posts to support the tracks and motor?" All 4 recommended that the garage be installed on metal posts for longevity and to support the weight of the garage door parts. Also, as I mentioned that the door came off the track... well, wood warps in the weather elements of the area... so that answered that question. More on the story: I've had the garage for 5+ years and 4 months ago, the garage completely stopped working. I called Ose and he said he would come to my house to fix it, he never came. I called again on the main line and scheduled an appointment with the receptionist, I then received a call the day of the appointment from the Receptionist that Ose had already come to my house and the garage "cannot be fixed." Can we just take a moment and reflect on that, #1 he never came to my house and #2 the garage "cannot be fixed"? After interviewing 4 more companies on the issues with my garage, I have had to find another company BBB Garage to actually install a completely new garage with metal posts, a steel door, and an OUTDOOR device and motor which can withstand the elements. Moral of the story: DON'T under any circumstances work with Legman garage. Their work is shoddy, their customer service is non-existent, the materials they use are incorrect for the installation, and when things break, they don't fix their own work. Don't be lured by their less expensive prices, it will cost you more than double in the long run.

Replaced both springs in about 30 minutes - gave the whole system a thorough check and lubed all moving parts and tightened bolts on the door as required. The young man was very courteous, polite and efficient. These guys installed my opener 5 years ago and I have never had an issue. I must say, most garage door companies either never return calls or are in business for a short while - then mysteriously go away. I was glad these guys were still around five years later.

The technician let us know that the lock would need to be replaced (this was a diagnostic call) and offered to put WD-40 into the lock as a temporary solution. He did so, and this visit costed $250. The solution only worked for about one week before the door stopped working again. Then later, they gave us an invoice with an estimate on it for what it would cost to change the lock. It's an old lock and a simple brand of lock (Marks- a very common brand). They offered to fix the door for over $1500. Now this immediately seemed extremely excessive to me. My partner and I hesitated. We actually just let the situation go, thinking maybe we'll just use the back door since this seems like a really costly repair. Fortunately, months later, I had decided to do a deep dive. I noticed a few things: the invoice they sent was extremely vague, not listing what brand of lock they were trying to replace it with how much labor costed how much the Lock would cost- none of that. It simply said labor plus parts equals $1500. I looked at other companies in the area and eventually came across TOP LOCKSMITH SERVICES. Can you tell me why TOP LOCKSMITH SERVICES offered to do the job for 520 something dollars? They were extremely kind, courteous, way, more honest and transparent, and on top of all that they were flexible. I don't know if you can answer the question posed at the beginning of this paragraph, but I have a question for you: WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU GO TO A COMPANY THAT'S GONNA CHARGE YOU THREE TIMES AS MUCH? Stop playing with me. Y'all need to call Top Locksmith Services if you need help with a lock.
