The worst service ever. Don't go there, please! My sis gave me a spa certificate, I called them, gave the certificate number, and booked an appointment. On a day of the appointment I called again to confirm it. Then, when I arrived I was told to physically show the certificate, and I didn't have it with me. I was never told to have it with me on the day of the appointment, so I just threw it away. Next, when I asked if it possible to reschedule the service, so my sister will have some time to resend me the certificate, I was pushed to the door, saying that I have to leave now. The lady was very rude, and she refused to reschedule the massage and facial, that were already paid by my sister. Awful service! read more

I did my first hot stone massage today and saying that the experience exceeded my expectations is an understatement! The staff and environment is very welcoming, accommodating, and friendly as I felt extremely comfortable the entire time. I needed to take a break from the WFH sedentary lifestyle so I awarded myself with a 120 min deep tissue massage at Golden Day Spa. To be honest, this was not my first choice as I normally would go to the Four Season in Baltimore for a massage. I was surprised. It was professionally run and I could not be happier. Lynn took care of me today and her deep tissue was even better than the one I had at the Four Season. Additionally, Lynn was so professional and respectful. Unlike other massage places, Lynn did not push to sell any products or additional service. She is not chatty type which I truly appreciated. I felt that she really respect your relaxation time. Throughout the massage session, it was purely relaxing. I asked for deep tissue and I really got what I wanted. Some place when asked for deep tissue, they don't go as heavy handed as I wanted it to be. I'm sure she will adjust if you ask her to but OMG this was really AMAZING. This was my first time here and it will not be the last. I plan to come here to try out the other services too. Affordable and so close to home. Win win! read more

I have been to this spa twice before. Both times I received a Deep Tissue Massage and both times I have left feeling so good and relaxed. Mindy does an excellent job with the Deep Tissue Massage and is experienced and considerate when giving massages. Massages here are on the expensive side, but are definitely worth it. I booked a Swedish massage and facial here as a treat to myself for my birthday. I have not gotten a massage in a few years and have needed one so badly. Mindy was my massage therapist for the hour and did a great job working out and relieving the pain areas I've had and responding to adjustments in pressure I needed. I really enjoyed every part of it. The ladies seemed to be confused when I noted that I booked a facial but were quick to apologize and accommodate. Now this was the first time I got a facial so I didn't know what exactly to expect. I didn't get her name, but the lady who did the facial did a great job in explaining my skincare needs and follow up maintenance. It started with rubbing in some exfoliating product and using a electronic brush to clean my face and then a steamer. There was a bit of a miscommunication and I ended up paying extra for the mask but, hey it was my birthday and I treated myself. My skin is smooth and glowy. As a person who truly enjoys deep tissue massages, I have finally found it . It is not just a deep tissue; it pressure massage combined with lymph node massage as well. Best $80 for an hour of powerful massage! The masseuse is really knowledgeable her grips ate powerful but a warning to other fellow Korean speakers: she will kind of get in your face about what kind of shape and condition your body is in. Imagine a typical older woman "ajumma" lecture but just hearing it while getting an awesome massage. I think it is still worth it. read more

It's hard to find a place the does Asian hair right in these parts (especially mine, which is a mixture of straight and curly hair...sigh), but I'm glad I found this spa! I was recommended by my Mom's colleague to get my hair cut with Megan a few years back. Megan is great with my hair whenever I need a quick cut or trim (and she's super friendly too!) I usually get my more dramatic cuts/styles when I visit a big city so I've never tried anything drastic here. But I'm sure it'd still be great! Definitely recommended :) read more

I have been coming this place already 2years. My husband bought the gift card for our anniversary gift and I enjoyed. The deep tissue and pressure massage is great!!! Especially you have stubborn knot in your body, you will be addicted as like as me.. Facial massage is also fabulous. She cleaned all my dead skin and small pimples. At first, I was a little skeptical about getting a facial massage (being a man) but my wife convinced me go to, as she recently returned from there and received a full body massage and received a gift card. I received a facial massage from Izzy. Let me tell you, I never received a facial massage before, but I think I will actually go back to get more facials from Izzy. Here's why: It wasn't just a facial, she massaged my arms and shoulders and I felt completely relaxed and it felt like my upper body was receiving first class treatment. It felt as if my muscles were releasing stress and tension that built up for years! I may be exaggerating a little, but that's what it felt like to me. But first the facial massage, let me say, wow! Izzy gave put these oils and "exfoliation" creams on my face then continued to massage my face. She massaged muscles on my face that I never knew could be massaged. It felt really good. I then got a "collagen" mask done, then after the peel, my skin felt smoother then it ever felt before. Now, as a man, I was never interested in things like this, but after some persuasion from my wife and completing the treatment, I'm not ashamed to say that I'll go back. read more

She is very thorough and puts great efforts in getting the knots out and loosening tight areas. Izzy provided a wonderful treatment with emphasis on facial massage. The vitamin C brightening mask was excellent but I felt the majority of benefit from the massage! Having never experienced such, I was pleased to note improved facial tone and lift immediately following. As a middle aged woman, I assume better circulation assisted with this. When asked, Izzy generously demonstrated her knowledge of acupressure points on my face so that I could practice at home. She also massaged arms and hands while my mask set up. I went here for a massage after ripping up my shoulder from too many golf swings. This place is as good as it gets! Now a regular customer for 90 minutes every week. Everyone is very friendly, and their services are priceless. I would challenge anyone to find a more talented masseuse in the Balto-metro area. Or anywhere else for that matter. read more
