Non of them care about explaining rules and and enforcing safety standards. My kids and myself hadn't been there in two years and won't ever go back. The games are officiated by referees that hide during the games. When excessive pump shooting occurs it is laughed off by the refs and the owner as hey, "it's part of the game." However fairness should be enforced. If you want to see what World War III would be like without police and enforcement. Try spending $500 here! Shameful experience and the owner was a complete jerk in total denial!

Got them thinking tactically, hyped them up, kept it fun but structured. The kind of guy who has a genuine passion for the game and a personality that naturally connects with kids. Mike, handled all the planning and logistics on the front end. Every time I called (and I called a few times with some pretty basic questions), he was patient, professional, and easy to work with. Zero friction from start to finish. It's rare to see a business where the people running it are clearly doing it because they love it... not just punching a clock. That energy was everywhere at TPA. Would recommend this place without hesitation for private parties or any kind of group event.

They create rules that they do not follow up on. My group had to leave because we feared for our safety. The owner is a complete jerk and would not give us any compensation to keep us safe from other players who were constantly breaking the rules. I don't want money back, I just don't want to see more people be put in harms way by going here. I play paintball regularly and I've never felt like I was going to legitimately be hurt. But since pinnacle doesn't uphold safety regulations, I was scared to play any more. We got no refund, we were not accommodated at all.

Went on an open play Sunday with my 2 boys. Was expecting to pay $25/person but we had to buy paint…read moreas well which was not clearly stated on website. It was $130 for a few hrs. of play with about 50 people who wanted to be aggressive and act like it was call of duty. They provided face masks but no body protective gear so unfortunately, we were not dressed correctly and got bruises all over. The refs did not explain the games very well and assumed everyone knew terms like "respawn" etc. I'm a mom not a gamer lol. At one point I was screaming in pain because kids were shooting at me when I stated I was "out". Very young and unprofessionally ran establishment. I will not recommend to other Erie locals.
