I have been calling for months now trying to get my new vehicle under my policy and every time I would call it would be a 15-60min hold and when a representative finally picked up, they would ask for my policy number, tell me they'll be right back, then hang up and never call me back. Now it sounds like I am writing a bad review but I wish I could give these 5-stars to one specific representative. Agustin Ortiz from the corporate office was beyond amazing. Not only did he call me back when the call dropped but he stayed on the line to answer all my questions and gave me his ext and email in case I have any further questions. He was extremely professional and competent. I cannot say the same for any other rep working as Adriana's Insurance as some of them would hang up when they didn't know the answer to a question. I truly hope this company recognizes Agustin's capabilities with a promotion as it is well deserved for being patient, knowing, and saving this company's reputation from another bad review. read more

How do I sue this insurance company? Hardly ever can I get a person and when I do, they just pass me to another department been trying for months to get a copy of my policy and still never received a copied of my policy. SCAM, FRAUD is all that comes to mind. We switched to them recently because we thought they got us a better rate. They purposely left out important things needed in our policy due to having loans on our vehicles and then charged us to make the corrections. They tried to add me, an owner of the vehicle as an exempt driver and charged us to make the correction on the policy. When I called to complain the guy yelled at me and told me I wouldn't get better coverage anywhere else... I got the same exact insurance provider with a different broker at half the price, and they added everything I wanted without the sneaky back and forth and charging extra fees. When I tried to complain the guy on the phone yelled at me that he was the supervisor and he was from corporate so there was nothing else that could be done then hung up the phone on me. Just over all poor customer service. The names I worked with were George Lara (this is the guy who made all the errors on our policy), Eric, and Adrian (this is the guy playing Mr. pretend supervisor). This review isn't for this location exactly, this review is for this company as a whole. To anyone out there looking for insurance, stay far away from Adrianas Insurance. I've had sooo many issues with this insurance company, it is crazy!! & I am only 4 months in before my 6 month contract is over, thaaaaaaank God! From the very beginning I was promised a rate. Was charged my card and the paperwork was signed. Then the first bill comes in and i realized I was charged DOUBLE what was agreed on. No one bothered to call me or let me know that changes were made. For whatever reason they could not honor the rate that was promise and signed off on. I literally had to find Adriana Gallardo on instagram and contact her directly because all these agents were "promising" to work on my policy and days would go by and no one would even bother contacting me. Finally after speaking to Adriana, I was helped and they promised me to honor the rate promised and everything would be fine. This month, once again I was charged way more than promised. I tried calling and they just keep giving me bs excuses as to why my payments cant be what was originally stated and bla bla bla. Pretty much saying im fucked, and at the end of the day they will charge me whatever the heck they want. It's all been so overwhelming and such a headache. Please avoid yourself the trouble and deal with a legit company. Im so done with this company. They are a big ol mess, nothing but false promises, waste of my time and money!! I have warned all my friends and family about Adriana's Insurance. Once my 6 month contract is over I will most definitely be taking my business elsewhere. They lie about their prices. They also tend to offer you the highest prices to see if you actually fall for it and from no where when they see your not falling they bring them down ridiculously. They also are very pushy. They bring the manager to see if he can convince you. He's very rude as a matter of fact. They love to advertise the "2x1" but really, it's all BS. Once you ask for it, they say you get a discount on the second car or driver or that you don't qualify for it because of x reasons. They're really unprofessional at this location, always speaking over you and they never give you the time of day. The lady who helped me, Francis, was asking me about the coverage I wanted but instead of listening to my answer she was too busy butting in the conversation her coworkers had going on. The energy here is that of a flea market. The office looks old and dirty, the chairs are falling apart and the carpet is old and dirty as well. The way the office looks really resembles the business they do here: DIRTY! They like to charge ridiculous amounts of broker fee! STAY AWAY!!!!
