Yesterday 6.14.17 at 7.00 pm we went to Adriana's Insurance at the 7455 Lakershim Blvd. We needed to make some changes to both of our policies. Ana, the office manager (a male) and the region manager (a female) were having a discussion about employees schedule Ms. Ana was supposed to be helping us but instead she asked Ingrid to help us because she was too busy on the discussion about the schedule. (Her not wanting to work Sundays) This was so annoying and so unprofessional. More people walked in to the office with payments, adjustments etc. the officer manager left along with the regional manager. Ms. Ana started to help a guy next thing you know she grabbed her cell phone and got on a personal call while she left the client sitting without assistance! I just hope this office have cameras so they can watch their employees doing other things not related to work! While talking to Ms. Ingrid I found out she should of have been out by 7:00 her schedule was over, she was working while Ms. Ana was handling personal matters so unfair! I got so upset looking at people waiting, the client left unattended and us listen to Ms. Ana whole conversation. I got up walked to the back and told her that I did not meant to sound rude but she needs to hung up the phone and help the clients! She said oh ok sorry. I only gave a one star rating so I can submit this review. Otherwise I would not have given any star at all. Terrible company to rely on and terrible customer service. Many representatives always gave an attitude. My wife and I were also asked for documents they never bothered to even submit into their system. They failed to place our debit card for autopay causing us to over pay plenty of times. They also asked us for our marriage certificate only to later deny my wife access to our insurance information while I was working. They also added on plans into our policy we did not ask for or we were aware of. They also give a difficult time contacting us to a manager. Managers or any supervisors in Adriana's Insurance do not work weekends. That is something I have also never heard of. I have never came across any business establishment that does not have a manager or at least a supervisor present and allow employees to run everything even if it is the weekend. read more

Wish you could rate zero stars because this place is complete crap! The whole staff barely speaks English and have the competence of 5 year olds. First of all I'd like to say I can live with mediocre customer service or even some what bad customer service as long as I only have to deal with it once. I had to deal with it more than 10 times! This place promises you rates they cannot give you, they give you nothing in writing because they simply lie and are thieves. Stephanie was my broker and promised me I wouldn't have issues and said I could trust her. She simply lied and did some shady business to get my business. I was misquoted by over $100 and when I got my bill it was not as promised. I tried to address the matter over the phone the systems were conveniently down for a whole 3 weeks straight! When I walked in on 4 different occasions the manager (Erick) acted clueless and hid in the corner because he didn't know how to handle the situation and knew I was angry, he would then allow his employee take the heat because he was too scared. When his employees finally would address him because they couldn't fix the problem, he would address you as if he's never seen you in his life and follow with promises to call his sources in the morning to fix the matter only to never call you back! When i physically returned he would then make promises to fix my problem if I would come at more convenient times, because the companies they deal with were always closed, this guy was full of shit and I have no idea how the hell he's a manager! He can barely speak, he can't even look you in the eye because he's so irresponsible. Point is because of their mistake I would have to pay additional money to get my premium to a rate near to the amount I was promised. This place is full of crooks and you should stay away at all costs! Don't let the low pricing fool you, it's a trap for working class citizens who don't know better. I went there to get insurance quote as the location is nearby my house...After 1H + of wait time I asked how long should I wait for just a quote...and a lady who works there,Joselyn, basically told me that I can leave and nobody force me to stay...very unprofessional to say that to a prospect customer who has been waiting for an hour!!! It was also a hot afternoon and there was an elderly man who was there for almost 2 hours...they did not even offer water!
