From the moment I walked in the staff greeted me with a smile and offered me coffee ( making me feel at home) all the staff were extremely friendly and polite. I got helped by Jesus Razo which explained all my payments options and what I wanted covered in case of an accident. The best part was that Jesus and his manager Damaris actually cared about my insurance needs and went above and beyond to work with me since I am on a strict monthly income. WOW !!! I have had insurance with Freeway Insurance for over 3 years and unfortunately I had a really bad experience with previous management in this office and another office in San Diego. I went into the office in hopes of resolving the issue and figuring out why my insurance increased. Thankfully, since the new manager Damaris Palomo has taken over this location she has improved great changes to the office and provides each customer great service and satisfaction. Damaris resolved my issue promptly and found me a better rate then what I was paying. I love coming into the office and having everyone be so friendly. I decided to buy a new car and I was referred to Damaris Palomo to not only get a quote but also make sure that I could get it insured by the time I decided to pick it up. Whoever thiks this place is soooo great and awesome is high and dumb! Rudeat chicks in there! Been there 2 times and never once greeted when entering. They arent even busy and dont even take time to greet their customers. Not to mention mid conversation she glanced over and checked her txt messages. I had Allstate insurance and was paying over 200 hundred monthly and they got me down to 95 monthly.
