I often call ahead and then drive over from work to indulge in one of these girthy burritos for lunch. They are the perfect mix of sweet and smoke and spice and savory. My go-to is a brisket breakfast burrito. Yes, they are ala carte and don't come with the usual frills (chips, beans, rice, etc.) but...they really don't need that stuff. I'd much rather have a better burrito than have an inferior one that "comes with chips". So glad they are back, already sad for when they go into hibernation again :(
