Full disclosure....i don't get Crepes. Honestly, it's like someone was trying to make a wrap, quesadilla, and pancake all at the same time and screwed them all up a la Crepe I ordered the Cubano. It had the cheese, mustard, pickle and ham but it lacked roasted pork. That's not a cubano, it's a ham and Swiss wrap, soggy wrap. This is a nice shop located in downtown Anchorage. There is metered street parking available around the shop. They has a decent sized dining area with tables, some cool swing pods in the front and lounge chairs in the center with tables. The shop was very clean and trendy. I was really feeling the vibe it was giving off. They offer various types of crepes, sweet or savory. They also have a selection of high quality coffee and pre-made salads as well. I ordered a pear and brie crepe. It was made fresh and took about 5 minutes for them to prepare it. It was delicious, very tasty. The crepe had a freshness about it. I would have probably liked the whipped cream and berries or PB&J one though a little better mostly because I am not a huge brie fan. It was still delicious though. The crepe was very filling and served as a meal for me. The staff....what can I say? They are awesome. They were so very friendly, courteous and helpful. They were great and only enhanced my experience. I highly recommend checking this place out and getting one of their delicious crepes. Then the owner came out and we all chatted and gave Fernado some ideas we hope he considers! The crêpes are absolutly amazing but 1 does not fill me up so we end up getting 2 savory crêpes.
