Great sandwich! Was able to customize my sandwich and it was fresh and delicious. The menu is extensive and should appeal to everyone.

Have not been here in probably 3-4 years. It was always just an OK sandwich place to me. I decided to give them another try and was glad I did. They have definitely expanded the menu and ordering is just as it was before. Grab a sheet in pick your meat, bread, veggies, spread and cheese. I went with a pastrami, with mustard, lettuce, tomato and cucumber with provolone cheese on sourdough bread. First of all, the ingredients were all very fresh. From the bread to the crispy fresh vegetables. I paired the sandwich with a broccoli cheese soup that was very tasty as well. With a fountain drink, the combination entitled me to a free small side of potato salad. Pleasant surprise that this place has gone way up in quality of its sandwich offerings. Ate here for the first time yesterday. Very unpretentious. Basic sandwiches reasonably priced, with top notch service, and very friendly staff. Sara's too holds themselves out as a ups pickup center.... holy crud, what horrible communication and service. UPS sent me a notification that the packages where there after noon today. I stopped by 3 times. first time at 1 pm...no package, i was told that they are usually dropped off by 2 pm. second time, 3 pm. no package, I was told that they usually drop off between 4-6 third time, no package, I was told that ups is at fault, because quote" when they say today, they really mean tomorrow" I told the kid..yes a kid, that he needed to communicate with the other women that they all need to get their stories straight as others were there having ups problems. he said he wouldn't what horrible lack of pride in oneself and ones store. tomorrow will be the 4 th time. any bets? read more

Decent little breakfast/lunch place. An ok place to grab a quick bite, but nothing to write home about. I had a breakfast sandwich and ate inside. There was nobody else there and the dining room was a bit bizarre. I couldn't put my finger on it, but I didn't really want to stick around. So the food is ok and the ambiance isn't great. I saw there was a drive through so I think it's a decent local breakfast/lunch option. I like supporting local places so I'll probably return, but only to support local and not because of the food/drink. read more

Hands down the worst coffee I've ever had. Costumer service is terrible. There were 3 employees at least working at the time and 1 other customer. And yet, it somehow took 12 minutes to make 1 cup of coffee. And it was disgusting. This was the second time I'd been here and the only reason I went was because it was close to my office where I was meeting a colleague. After being consistent customers of Sara's Too for the last few years, we've had enough. The last 5 times the sandwiches and wraps we've ordered have left A LOT to be desired. The sandwiches are always slapped together, in a way that the filling almost definitely will come shooting out of the side on the first bite. This time, we ordered a French dip and the sandwich was completely cold, the mushrooms are clearly straight out of the can, and the bread was SOGGY. We are extremely dissappointed and don't even want to go back to have it corrected because it's not just the way it was made but it's clearly a quality issue as well. read more

This was my first time here and I had a happy experience. The parking is spacious. The counter for coffee and sandwiches is bright. The young lady is very friendly and helpful. I have been driving by this place for some time. Finally decided to stop and see what this place was about. I was pleasantly surprised with their hot sandwiches and sides which were priced right. Comfortable seating, seemed adequate with patrons sitting around using wifi. Great food, coffee shop with ample parking and pleasant staff trying to make your visit special. I wish I could remember which hot sandwich we bought and shared, but delicious and large enough for two. Will return! read more

The girls behind the counter were clueless. I ordered a small Dirty Chai, it's not hard to make, especially for a coffee shop, they should know what, and how to make it. They had to call someone, I'm guessing the owner. Well, they hang up with the person on the phone. They tell me they will bring it out to me. So I go sit down, they bring me a cup of, I don't even know. It was ice cold. I brought it back and told the girl behind the counter it was cold. She then tried to make it again, they give me another cup, and it was room temp. When I attempted to bring it back up to the counter, everyone behind the counter were gone, and even the cook was gone, but I could hear them whispering, saying if I was gone or not, once I stepped out the door, they all reappeared behind the counter. I will say, I will never reccomend this place to anyone. Very bad experience. read more

I live within a 45 second drive to Sara's and I've been here just a few times. It took about 7 months to even give it a shot simply because the building is so confusing to me. Is there still a radio show being broadcast inside? My instinct tells me no. But the signage tells me yes. After living a block away for 2 years I still drive by at night and do a double take just in case it actually is a multipurpose building and there's a late night radio broadcast occurring inside. I imagine it being Leon Phelps, the ladies man. No such luck as of yet. I can't speak to the coffee drinks, but I have not been overly impressed in my trips for sandwiches. I've had the chicken caesar and almost drowned in salad dressing and I've had the meatball sub and mostly enjoyed it. Definitely better than subways'. I love me a meatball sub. I would describe my feelings for Sara like this: If you found out tonight that you had twenty people coming over to your house tomorrow and were required to throw together subs for them, the product at Sara's closely mimics what you would likely produce. You'd go to the grocery store and grab a couple bags of generic rolls, some lettuce, tomatoes, and some packages of Oscar Myer meats, build em up, and squirt some mayo and mustard on top. And that would be okay, I just can't justify spending $10 on it at a "sandwich shop". I will try Sara again, I want to like it, I just haven't been won over. read more

Possibly the worst service I have ever received. As we walked in the door the staff was being yelled at from behind the counter about taking orders correctly. I placed an order for a sandwich with no vegetables and a small bowl of chili. The sandwich was brought out with lettuce and onions on it and I took it back. Several minutes went by and the staff returned with the original sandwich. They had dug through it to verify and said "we can't find onions". My wife asked why I would eat something that they had dug through..."we used gloves" was the reply. After offering to remake the sandwich I waited 20 minutes and no sandwich was brought out. Amazing sandwiches and soup. They have a good range of options on their menu but you can always build your own. I highly recommend the triple combo, Italian, or French dip. What can I say Boars head meat, full circle farms and as much they can get local veggies, chewy rolls, and real horseradish. Prepared in the traditional way, center cut! This is what make all the Sara's good. Turkey on French roll $6.75 loaded with veggies. You get all of the 12' - 10' roll for that price not just half of the roll with a leaf of spinach like Scrubway. Plus plenty of coffee (mocha, cap's, latte's, etc ...) and sweets like crazy. The staff was courteous and fast as well, not some wage slave teenagers oppressed by the corporate mechinasia, waiting for the conveyor belt to deliver the next bland, tasteless, limited option, Crisco rolled, weighed and measured cheese, and turkey based lunch meat sandwich. They were really nice, I was disarmed, I should have tipped them better, they were worth a great tip. It would have only been $1.02, I will do better, I promise, every time I go back, at least once a week or more. I will even give them $ 1.35. Man am I a cheapskate. $2, that's what I will give them next time, $8.75 for a sub? $8.50, I will give them, $1.75. That's good. I can live with that. Unless the sandwich costs more. read more

I've never had anything I didn't like, their macaroni salad is delish, chicken salad also delish, could use a little more flavour, regular turkey sandwich also very yummy though the presentation was a little strange when you order the French Sub bread (they cut it down the middle, removing part of the bread I believe and put the cheese on top, not closing the sandwich, still very good, just a little strange. Yum! Stopped in today with some ladies for a quick lunch. On recommendation of others in our party we decided to split a garlic herb wrap filled with all the delicious fresh veggies, meat, & cheese. Had a small side of potato salad with it that was good too. The wrap is definitely enough to split. Next time will try a wheat French roll. I think this place was open for a year before I realized it was no longer the religious coffee-shop, although I go by often. Did they even advertise or put out a big sign when they switched? Anyway, on first visit didn't realize were supposed to place order via their paper system. They don't have any signs out to make it obvious, so fyi they have slips of paper and pens at the counter to make your order. I don't think it helps any as the paper-system is a little complicated and in paying attention I noticed they end up having to verify/correct a lot of people's orders. My last complaint is there is only one basic veggie option. Would love if they offered one of the faux products. But no complaints about the quality of food from anyone in group on any visit. I've ordered delivery so many times from Sarah's Too and they were perfect until December. I placed my usual order and it showed up wrong. The person over the phone tried to correct it by taking the wrong sandwich and replacing it with an extra charge which I was okay with. They ended up deciding that I placed the wrong order(whoever took my order was adamant that I ordered what she entered but I have NEVER ordered that) and I would not be refunded and was stuck with the inedible sandwich I was given. I waited awhile and today decided I would give them a second chance. I did my regular order and sure enough.... It showed up wrong. A seafood salad sandwich even though my receipt said chicken salad. This is VERY dangerous for those with seafood allergies. I ordered the sandwich at 12:30, called to correct it once delivered at 1:10, and did not receive my ordered sandwich until 3:20. Very disappointed and I feel like I was picked out as the "bad customer" from our previous order as my coworkers order showed up perfectly.
