During that conversation I was told that I would get a phone call in one week to set up an appointment. That week goes by and nothing. Mid week on the 4th week I call and once again am told that it would be probably another week before they could set up an appointment for me. This company needs to have more than one person who can make and set up appointments with customers. Having to get a hold of Randy is nearly impossible and he must never get his messages. It shouldn't matter if the customer that you were contracted to help is not directly your customer or not. You are contracted to fulfill an obligation and how you proceed and act says volumes about you and your company. If I ever entertained the notion of switching my services from my current subscriber to A+ Security then that idea is completely and utterly shattered. I fully support local businesses and what they do for our economy, but I cannot support a local business that doesn't even look out for its local consumers. If you're thinking about a security system from a local business than I urge you to AVOID AT ALL COSTS this company.

Very disappointed with this business. They insisted that I purchase a new key fob. They ordered it…read more($260) and 6 weeks later I was called to bring in my car. Like monkeys with a football 3 of them couldn't program the fob. Then the excuses started that the receiver in the car was the problem. Total B S the remote start ( which channels through the receiver ) works perfectly fine...even the old key fob will start the car. Then they hemmed and hawed concerning a refund. One thought it was funny that it didn't work. Maybe they are good at making metal keys but anything requiring tech...run.

I was here to get a lost key for a car storage topper. I was selling it and over the many years…read morethe key just disappeared. So the sales technician, because they are both consultants of locks and keys, sought the brand of my topper and looked up the key code in their computer system. They found it ... it's 20 years old. YES! Okay so they tested the keys that would fit and after some trials and errors they got the right key to work. On my way I put my topper on Craigslist and sold the topper I no longer needed.
