They custom manufacture everything locally, so I had to wait about 6 weeks till they could install (apparently a lot of other folks before me in similar circumstances, so could not be fast tracked any sooner). Once they completed all the window & door screens, they confirmed the installation dates and scheduled our start time. Installation was smooth. The crew was very tidy and handled their business like pros. I was pleased with the fit and finish of the final product and do not regret my purchase. The screens do not hinder my view from the inside and the frames do not ruin the aesthetics of the house. Door hardware works very well and seems sturdy. I went to this fingerprinting location multiple times while balancing work, school in the morning, and another shift later in the day. I was exhausted and simply trying to complete a required process correctly without wasting more time or trips. The first time I was missing my ID. The second time I had my ID but did not realize I needed the fingerprint form physically with me. That part was my mistake, and I fully accepted it. The problem was not the paperwork -- it was the way I was treated when I tried asking clarification questions. The slim lady dressed in black kept interrupting me while I was trying to ask what exactly was needed on the form so I could come back fully prepared. Instead of answering professionally, she kept repeating the same thing over and over in a very dismissive tone. I was frustrated, yes, but throughout the entire interaction I stayed within respectful etiquette. I never yelled, insulted anyone, or called anyone names. At one point I said, "I understand, I'm not stupid," because I was trying to explain that I understood what she was saying and was only asking for clarification. Her response to me was: "But you're acting like one." Completely unacceptable. No employee should ever speak to a customer that way, especially someone who is calmly trying to complete required fingerprinting after a long day. If this is how they treat people over simple questions, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
