They custom manufacture everything locally, so I had to wait about 6 weeks till they could install (apparently a lot of other folks before me in similar circumstances, so could not be fast tracked any sooner). The crew was very tidy and handled their business like pros. I was pleased with the fit and finish of the final product and do not regret my purchase. I first spoke to Joe and he was professional and we set a day and time for the measurement and quote. Joe was busy on another job and his dad Dave called and scheduled a day and time to come and measure and quote. He showed up early and sent me a text saying he was going to be early. He showed up and was a really nice man. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took measurements and brought samples and gave me the information I needed regarding options, price and order time. He quoted 4 weeks and the screen door showed up 2 weeks early. He communicated with me and we set an install time for 0800. He text me saying he would be here at 0730. He showed up with one of their workers and they did an outstanding job. They were clean and professional. The install took approximately 45 minutes. The screen door looks great and works great. It is sealed and we will not be getting any critters coming through or under the screen. We are extremely happy and would highly recommend their business and product to anyone.
