The construction wasn't bad at all, they had plenty of guys working on our home at the same time. The only time there was no work, was on inspection days. The finishes was one thing that was extremely important for us. My wife and I are detail oriented and wanted to make sure we're choosing the right company to do the finish work correctly. We interviewed multiple…read morecompanies and went with GHB since they seemed the most design-forward and client-friendly of the bunch, and gave us a reasonable quote too. I had a rough vision in mind for fitting a lot into a relatively small space, but wanted to see the options rendered so I could better make the big layout and design decisions. Alexis was very patient and super helpful in mocking up each iteration until we locked in the final design. Once it was time to actually break ground, Gil, Oren, Uriel, and the rest of the team were really responsive and always available by text. Unlike previous contractors we've worked with, they usually gave us an idea of what was happening the next day/week and who to expect onsite. The first ~70% of the project went really smoothly and far exceeded my expectations. Demo, framing, rough plumbing, and electrical all largely went without a hitch. We ran into some problems towards the end around communication, timeline, and subcontractor oversight -- which led to more delays when someone punctured our new in-wall toilet tank and flooded both the bathroom and bedroom. We know every construction job runs into challenges so we weren't bent out of shape by it, and we did appreciate that GHB took full responsibility for fixing the issues. By and large we were really impressed by most of their subcontractors, especially the very professional and considerate plumbing, electrical, and tiling teams! After living with our new bathroom for a while now, we can definitely say it was worth the wait, and such a huge improvement over our previous dysfunctional layout. I did not say anything to my neighbor because I like my neighbor and don't want to cause a small issue. But, they continue to not clean up after themselves, kicked my pea pebbles all over the place, their trailer goes on my pea pebbles and lifted my weeds barrier up. That's not right. I have contacted GoADU about just one issue so they can correct their problem but, it seems like they don't care after a week later with no return call from them. I don't mind cleaning the mess/trash up but, it's not right for contractors to go around doing work and leave trash for others to clean up. I hope you have good contractors that clean up after themselves if you ever decided to use GoADU in the future. Peace!!

We are on March 10th 2026 & I still haven't received anything not set of plans . They have this lack of communication that as a paying customer is frustrating that it feels that I'm being robbed. As a small business communication is really important that tells you that costumer is importing that you care bout the project & fallowing up on every single step wold feel that they care but non of the above happen. Erick on the other hand has been on time and responsive on our first step of the process and that is the design and permitting of the work we want to do on our house. We have not settled on a contractor on the actual remodel but the work Erick has done so far on drafting our architectural design renderings and permit process. So long story short Erick and his crew have been top notch, professional, cost effective, honest, punctual, available, approachable in every sense of every word I am using to describe his work. Although the project took a little longer then expected it was not his doing but rather my ability to keep up with the pace of the work. I suggest you order things in advance especially windows and any custom work. In short we remodeled our kitchen, laundry room and master bath. Demolished a hallway and bedroom closet to extend the hall way from front to back, sealed some doorways, widen the doorway to the kitchen and then because the price was right and we had the resources, we decided to paint the whole house. All in all, Erick was a man with solutions, advice and was really looking out for us and making sure the project was done right. I highly recommend Erick from start to finish on any project you are doing. Hey will do your design, get your permits, do the demolishing, remodel and be there for final inspection. And he did this all with the same crew everyday. Which for me means a lot because that means he has people who want to work for him such as Marcos, who was builder on the spot. Thank you Erick and Marcos,our family is really enjoying everything you did. Whatever is our next project, I know I only have one call to make and that is to Erick.
