This time around I noticed video games you can play, there was a kids playground inside, fun am sure for the kiddos & moms hoping to keep the kids from running around. Going through security was quick & easy, you can move around easily as sings are clear & easy to follow for such a busy airport it really runs well, nice & clean & at least everyone we interacted with with nice & friendly.

Anywho we missed our flight as VAT line was crazy and we missed by mere minutes. That's okay it's on us, go early early haha because if you don't get a green check in your slips, that line is crazy and it's usually only 1 maybe 2 windows open to get your VAT stamps. So we could only get help via app/text message feature thru delta and was looking at a trip we saw in app the change flights by way of CDG to Boston. The texting took a very long time for responses but we were under impression that the agent was looking into the flight we saw in app that was available and decided to go talk to Air France (as they serviced the first flight) and try to explain the situation to the lady at the counter. She definitely didn't like us lol not sure why but anyways, she scoffed and asked for my passport, then boom handed me a boarding ticket. I asked if my agent had successfully booked my flight already with my previous points she basically threw me the pass and said next, but my GF needed a ticket still so that was purchased after. Then we head in get on the plane and bam, there was another gentlemen's with the exact same name as me on the flight. In our seats well turns out, it was his seat and AF messed up. Ofc, they blamed me for it and the AF manager yelled at me with utter attitude saying I was trying to get a free flight to Paris and stowaway. Yes like I knew there was someone with my exact name on this particular flight .. laughable he made a big scene and tried to humiliate me. The flight captain was actually very kind and understanding. He wrote a note stating there was a big mistake on AF part and it's not our fault. Either way the GF was out a ticket we got kicked off and have to try to recoup the money thru the CC company. Anyways rebooked with another airline and got home after staying another couple days to enjoy more activities. They really need to upgrade information systems, kiosks, and just have more available help to travelers.

My second time I got here very early and security was a breeze. I do like that they are checking to make us safe, as opposed to making sure we have no shampoo. I found the wait comfortable, and I was able to have my very limited luggage plastic wrapped while I waited. I was able to get one more nice espresso. You do have to pay attention to the shifting check in teams, the airlines share and you have to pay attention when your airline steps in and takes over. You may need to take a bus shuttle from the departure gate to your plane.

There are plenty of free trolleys for your bags Check-in is always fast and professional. There is a good size duty freight where you can get your souvenirs drinks, tobacco, and perfume 2 outdoor terraces to soak up some sun while you wait for your flight to board. I previously reviewed that hotel but my Yelp review and photos have vanished. I'd forgotten its one of those places where the plane parks up hundreds of yards from the terminal building so it's a bit of a walk pulling cases just to get to the terminal itself. Despite being a small place it took quite a while to get through passport control so free movement doesn't really exist for Europeans within Europe. It was also quite a wait for the luggage to appear Inside the arrival part the terminal looks pretty clean, bright, modern and all rather pleasing. Now a different reality bites on the way out as once through a reasonably polite, efficient, security set up at departures you effectively go into a dank, grey, pretty crummy waiting area that bears no resemblance to the arrivals area. Here you can look forward to poor & uncomfortable seating and if this isn't bad enough one can queue up to indulge in fairly poor overpriced food & drinks. Thankfully our flights out were on time as I like to spend the least amount of time here as possible.

Reus Airport is located in the north east of spain, around 60 miles south west of barcelona. Reus airport is much busier in the summer months where charter carriers including thomas cook and thomason flock over the airport operating flights to al over the uk and ireland. In the summer months the airport has to cater for holiday makers in large numbers and can become overcrowded at times. Blue air have began services to arad and bucharest with airbus aircraft equipment. Overall its a great little airportserving the south of barcelona.
