Just about every shop had customers and the food court was very busy. It has a good mix variety if shops including bigger well known names and some smaller brands too. Food court offerings although we did not eat anything had some good looking choices too. The value/deals and service both depends on what stores you visit. Some stores we entered we were nicely greeted and others lacked that friendly touch. Overall a mall worth visiting for some buying or browsing.

Tuscan Village has many food/dining options as well as drinks including a wine bar, and even a large beer garden with plenty of seating. Variety of shopping places too from big names including LL Bean, Williams Sonoma to smaller spots like an art studio that was even hosting a water painting class. Lastly they have some hotels, apartments and more housing too. A worthwhile destination for those looking for a specific destination here or just wanting to explore the vast offerings here. Most won't understand the comparison, but to me this feels like what Rock Row in Westbrook Maine wants to be (still in progress so we will see what it becomes).

After the transaction, as she handed me my change, I politely said, thank you, to which she replied your welcome. NOT THE CORRECT RESPONSE. I always trained my cashiers to ALWAYS say THANK YOU, PLEASE COME AGAIN. After all, you're taking my money. You're the one who should be thanking me.

I ordered a drive up order since I have a sick toddler. I forgot items and made a second order 30 minutes later. The second order was ready 5 hours later and had to be picked up by the end of the day. The first order was ready the next morning and I had til Friday to pick it up. Why the first one was ready second, I do not understand. I ordered 2 guaranteed pickup since I needed the help with the groceries, but when I arrived, the drive up "is unavailable." They could easily just turn off the feature as other stores have done. Save the headache and go to Methuen, or just skip all targets.

To the point where it's likely a safety hazard. How management allows this is beyond me. The layout is weird and doesn't follow the same format most Target stores seem to follow. The selection of beer and wine sucks and is randomly scattered through the grocery section. The only thing this Target has going for it is self-checkout. Even the lack of sales tax doesn't make it worth the trip here. I'd go to any of the Massachusetts locations before this one.
