I know which line I need to look at & the (2) dresses I needed to try as a bridesmaid for a destination wedding. Regardless, the first thing I loved was that I was allowed to be accompanied by my boyfriend at my appointment. The second thing I loved was that these girls were built just like me, taller & curvy. It felt like they completely understood my frame & I didn't feel intimidated. Despite the pandemic, they had several appointments, but they were appropriate in keeping people distanced & making sure the dressing rooms were clean after each use. It was weird trying on gowns with a mask on, but what can ya do? When you first walk in, it seems like a very small place. But, to your surprise, it opens up out back to a large area with several racks of dresses (like a fancy warehouse) with a bunch of dressing rooms. During my appointment, I felt extremely important. Lauren & Taylor (?) were right outside my dressing room the entire time. Lauren was there to help zip the dresses I tried on & again, I felt so comfortable. They were both funny & vibrant which made the experience so pleasant. Lauren was also honest which was refreshing. She genuinely cared about me & my comfort & wanted to make certain that I felt confident in my choice. After only 20 minutes or so, I selected a gown & after they took measurements to make sure I ordered the correct size. I went a size bigger just to make sure when it came in I could have it adjusted to fit me better. The price (Bill Levkoff designer) was extremely reasonable for going through them. It can be ordered directly online for about the same price (before shipping) but the experience & making sure the dress works is far more valuable. I am more than impressed with Modern Bride & highly suggest them for brides & their bridal party. Actually, it might even be beneficial for Mothers of the Bride & groomsmen, as they do also offer these services.

The staff at Country Bridals were encouraging, kind and helpful. At the end they even had helpful handouts for wedding planning and a cute favor! My only regret was not being able to use them for my dress as I am a picky person. Otherwise, this is the go to shop for weddings especially if you're looking for a positive experience and a beautiful dress for your special day! They also do tuxedo fittings and rentals. I am happy to report that my fiancé, father and his groomsmen will be likely be using them for a tuxedo rental as they have a wonderful selection.

She wanted to see what styles we might have had in mind so she could start thinking about what to pull. When we arrived, the space felt clean and open. There were many dresses and the staff were all very friendly and offered us a seat and water as we waited for Bea to finish her previous appointment. When Bea came, she was so friendly! It felt like no matter what that she was going to add more sparkles to your day and it truly did feel like she was there to help us. She was very professional in kicking us off by introducing herself then asking me what I was looking for and took some notes. Then started whisking some dresses and us into the dressing room. She was very efficient in helping me in and out of dresses and even giving helpful thoughts on dresses as she continued learning what I might like or not like. I didn't feel like she would try to sell me a dress if I didn't love a dress and if she didn't think it let me feel my best. There were lots of dresses on the floor and they had more somewhere nearby in a warehouse. She was quickly diving in and out to try to find some more options for us. While I didn't find my dress on this visit, there were many beautiful dresses even if they were not my style or size at times. I was also a bit doubtful on how I would feel as I tried dresses on but Bea was so supportive throughout it all that it feels like you're shopping with a very knowledgeable friend. The experience itself with Bea does make me hopeful I can find something with them and I am going to try to visit again when I'm back in town. It seems like they get a lot of inventory in an ongoing flow. Also, big thank you to the team at Tulle in general! They were so friendly from beginning to end. She has such a sweet personality and really seemed to understand my vision from our conversations, while still being incredibly go-with-the-flow when my party started exploring dresses on their own. Wedding dress shopping can be overwhelming because you walk in not knowing what to expect or what you're "supposed" to do, but Elizabeth never made any of us feel like we were doing anything wrong. Most importantly, I truly felt like she wanted me to find the dress that made me happy, rather than ever pushing an agenda or a particular choice. The store is clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The process was exactly the type of styling and attention that you'd get at a made-to-order bridal boutique. I worked 1:1 with my stylist Haylei. She asked great questions to understand my vision, budget, likes, and dislikes. To start, she pulled 4 dresses with different styles and components. From there, we dialed in on one style I liked and tried to find other options that suited me similarly. I tried on about 8 dresses total, but nothing could top that original pull! Something I struggled with at other stores is that I didn't like many of the "modern" styles. The outlet had so many options for me that were a bit more traditonal/timeless. I said yes to a dress from their "Vintage Vault." I was floored when I found out the retail price of my gown was $9,000 and I'd be taking it home for $2,800. A Vera Wang nonetheless! If it couldn't get any better, Haylei proceeds to find the most perfect veil that complemented both me and my dress. We celebrated with champagne! I truly can't recommend Tulle Outlet enough. She had my wedding gown for over 3 months and didn't touch it until a few days before I need to pick it up. She bustled my gown completely wrong. It was falling all night and everyone was stepping on it. She used these ugly white hooks that were noticeable on my ivory gown. I had maggie also alter my second wedding dress- she cut off the train for me which is what i wanted but having it all the same length would of been nice. She was also hired to take it in on the waist about 2 inches on each side. But not listening and rushing like she always does, she took it in 4 inches on each side. I found this out 3 days before the wedding!!!!! I went back 2 days before and it was still extremely tight. She said she would fix it and add another hook because the one on the dress was to small. To top it all off she was also hired for the alteration on the bridal parties dresses- she blamed it on my girls that they showed up for the wrong appointment at the wrong time- she is so stupid that she didn't even look at the name on the dress to alter them in order like she scheduled the appointments. After contacting her after my wedding and honeymoon she agreed to give me back $100 of the $500 I spent- After sending her over a dozen text messages and a 1/2 a dozen phone calls she choose to ignore me. The shop location is now closed which Im not shock by at all. Maggie is the worst seamstress I have ever hired.... everyone please read the reviews about a place before trusting a stranger!!!!
