This time I'm being helped by the supervisor or manager forgot his name some guy with a lot of grey hair. He's doing all the typing and then he tells me he can't cash it because the address on the check and my address are the same. This person, the "Account Manager" recited in a monotone voice, as though she were reading, the requirements for consideration to be approved. Her expressionless face was robotic. No friendly customer service from this store! Additionally, Orange Rocket needs to get with it in terms of required documentation for approval. They don't accept online banking proof, only paper bank statements. Furthermore, after questioning the applicant, and replying yes to other outstanding loans, they don't bother to find out other loan balances. Will not be returning to this or the other location much less the other location in Compton. Overall, quite an unpleasant experience. Will not be returning to this company, regardless of the location.
