For instance, Bank Of America gave me problems when I've been a customer for 18 years cashing a payroll check come on a payroll check how much harder is it for you Bank Of America. Then I got a settlement check for an accident and it was only 2500. They wouldn't cash it even though they had all the information and the phone number to verify it everything they said they want me to leave the check there and try to verify it within three days business days no, thank you!!! That's when I found Avalon check cashing the one on Prairie, but century is good too. I've been to both the lady at the window was super generous, super sweet and nice. She called the back of the check or the name of the company and one of the two verify the check over the phone took her about two minutes And so I gave the person $100. The lady who works here with curly hair with glasses is a bch she tried to scam me into paying 5k from a 19k check because she "couldn't verify it" when it had the verification on the check but was "willing to help me still cash it " and made it seem like I should be honored or grateful she was even willing To , I argued with her for about 1hour because she did not want to give me the check back , later I cashed the check at Wells Fargo and they didn't even charge me anything lmfao so f her and her family and her job and everything that bch comes into contact with I hope her life goes so horrible because you simply cannot justify evil please do not go here idc what they tell you abt PLS down the street but go there instead TRUST I hope that lady loses her job , I hope her pillow is hot and wet everyday, I hope her life goes as shitty as she treats others. This is the perfect example of a true, personal, yet highly-efficient, small business. I always prefer coming here; as opposed to the other local chain competitors, as their hostile, unsafe, impersonal atmosphere is disdainful at best. The associates here, & owners, which occasionally work on site, are extremely helpful. They never try to sell us something we don't need, and we are usually in & out in under a minute. That's the problem though; not much business here! The rates are extremely low! This place definitely needs more advertising! After Chime messed up badly. Wouldn't cash my settlement check from my attorney and didn't give me a reason. Says they don't know and they don't know who knows. The system decided. After lying to me and saying it was more than my mobile deposit limits when I checked my limits before depositing it and sent them a screen shot of my limits. They stated it wasn't cashed and I could still take it somewhere else and I brought it here to Avalon and of course their records showed Chime still had holds on it. On the phone with Chime at Avalon and he could see Chime was a waste of time. Avalon didn't over charge me and paid me enough to get by a couple days while they wait for the check to clear since it was already attempted to be deposited at the bank.
