Crazy slow service ! There was no one in the lobby and I went in for a payday loan. It took the guy an hour to approve me for a payday load because he didn't know how to verify my social and had to call another office to help. My biggest reason why I gave it low stars is because when he called his colleague, they shared all my info by phone (by this time there was a customer in the lobby) . He said my name , social , address and birthday out loud. Extremely unhappy with this service !! read more

The staff at this location are extremely professional and kind. I'm a truck driver who is in and out of state most of the time. These guys are so thoughtful and considerate. Being under major time constraints, my says sometimes get lost. They never forget to remind in advance of my payment time, but they also show concern by reminding me of weather conditions, always telling me to drive safe and most importantly their appreciation for us truckers trying to keep freight moving. This place is great, its ALWAYS been quick and easy, but before you make any decision you should do some research. Just like any loan they have to check and confirm certain documents so before you go just make a quick phone call and ask for whatever required documents required. As far as the amounts you are allowed and the cash you receive theres literally a big ass poster on the wall and they give you a print out. Never gotten a big loan but im sure they can accommodate! The two girls in front are super sweet and to the point, its been the same two for a while and they've never given me an issue, even worked with me when i had an issue paying it back! Worst place ever.. They try to rip you off. If you go in for a advance they for some reason don't have all the money to give. They end up trying to give you a check. If you don't take the check they give you a prepaid card. The prepaid card charges you to use it and to withdrawal money, when they swear over and over that the card does not charge.. Don't believe them. They make extra money off you with the prepaid card. You end up not getting the full amount of what you advance. Heed my warning avoid this place. Plenty of other places that offer the same service nearby... They lie to your face about everything. Def would not go back. Also they have a approval process that can take over a day. When clearly their approval process is the managers judgement and he takes advantage of his power. Not worth the time. The fat@$$ arman$0 needs to get off his butt and offer real customer service. He is the one telling the employees how to treat the customers. He tells his employees how to be crooks too when they seem like nice ppl..The company probably has quotas and they are not sincere. They will lie to achieve those goals. No integrity. If u read this and go in. Watch out for the lies.. The manager Arman& needs to be fired and they need to change their environment and culture to keep customers who would be loyal to stay in business with them.
