VIOC was on top of it. First of all, they allowed me to stay in my car (1 star). They typically get me in and out within 15 minutes (2 star). Most of the employees are very courteous (3 star). Most importantly, they do not try to sell me unneeded maintenance. They follow the guidelines recommended by the manufacturer. I'm typically on top of my car maintenance, even if it is a fleet vehicle. I don't like being upsold when I know for a fact it doesn't need a replacement filter or another item. They didn't do that (4 star). The only reason I did not give them a fifth star is because they do not vacuum the vehicle or clean the windows. I am very pleased with the service I received at VIOC.
