But at what cost? Their customer service was terrible! We waited days for responses from their team! They charged us roughly $25,000 for a roll over tow and a clean up. It felt as if we were being purposely price gouged to an extreme to force us to use our insurance. Their lack of communication was unacceptable along with their poor customer service. I'd never recommend this company to anybody! The owner Micheal also wasn't happy by my word of choice in an email by saying "per usual" referring to their lack of communication and decided to add $7,000 to our bill as "storage fees" that he previously agreed to not charge us. He also wouldn't release the truck unless we zelled them the difference between what the insurance covered and what was left over ($5,000). He would not let us use a credit card because he was scared we would dispute the charge. That alone says a lot about the type of company Micheal runs. "I will not risk a charge back" , these are his words. I've been in the trucking industry for over 5 years and have never been forced to pay a bill via Zelle or my truck wouldn't be released. On a side note, Jenn at the front desk is a pleasure to deal with as are most of his employees.

The next morning, I was trying to find a place that could come tow it or put air in so I could drive it to be fixed, since that service was covered by our insurance. I called McCall's, and the call was sent to voicemail. While I was talking with my brother about the tire over the phone, I got a call back from Bill McCall. I returned the call, and he said they could come put air in it. When Jeff arrived less than 15 minutes later, he surprised me by saying HE would take the car to the shop, leave his truck at my house, and then bring my car back when they were finished. I thought that was pretty awesome, but they topped themselves by bringing it back and saying "no charge"!They also turned the tire around, because it had a noticeable mark on the tire from where I drove it flat. I was blown away!! Where on earth do you get that kind of service these days? So glad I went with a local company. They've been in the same spot for so long, they have to be doing things right or the business wouldn't have lasted. They took all the tires off and called me back to look at them and said they looked brand new and I didn't need them. They put it back together and said no charge. They are amazing!!

The shop manager told me that even though I would be paying the same hourly rate as other smaller jobs, he did not want to have his staff do it because it was too hard. He said that he would rather do a bunch of smaller jobs such as brakes and oil changes than one large larger job even though the pay would be the same. This doesn't make any sense to me at all. He indicated that he was too poorly staffed, lacking Talent to complete larger jobs. The manager was engaging and was polite, but at the same time, dogmatic and insulting to a degree. Not recommended, keep on looking for a shop that is not afraid of your car. I wouldn't be surprised if they come on here and try to turn this around and state some positive things about their business in an effort to use it as free, marketing or advertising, but, enter at your own risk. Is there anything less than one star?

They even detailed the engine compartment. My great Pyrenees rides in my car and they got every spec of dog hair. I felt bad for the detailed. I also recommend them to just detailed your car.
