Transmission was junk, next transmission went in and worked for about six months then reverse went out on that one had them deliver a replacement transmission with no issue on that however they were not paying for labor again... was very unimpressed with the quality of the transmissions and customer service. I just crossed the two-year mark but only a year and a half on the third transmission and that is throwing codes. Don't buy anything that has moving parts from them.

He quoted me a price thousands over the figures from TrueCar and similar websites, then lied and said those sites don't include shipping fees. They do. Told me you can't lock in a price if you order a car not on the lot. You can at any other dealership. Made claims about "all new vehicles these days" that weren't true, like they don't come with spare tires and they all have huge display screens. Said okay, we can't agree on a price, but if you have any sales in the future, like Ford has employee pricing, let me know. He was very offended and said, "We don't bribe people to buy our cars." Sales are common in all industries. The next day he called me to say, "You know, the car comes with a full tank of gas." Every car comes with a full tank of gas. My experience might have been better with a different salesperson, don't know.
