I had additional questions and instead of replying back with email, my salesman Jay Ablaza called me. He asked me what I was looking for and made every effort to understand my needs. We settled on a price that was less than half the price I saw for similar gently used seats on that famous internet auction site. I called on a Friday and we made arrangements for me to pick them up on Tuesday. This was a leap of faith, as I paid in advance over the phone and it was an hour and a half drive. I was not disappointed. Jay came out, shook my hand, and an employee loaded the seats into the back of my truck. The seats were exactly what I was looking for, and they were in great condition, just as advertised. I do all the repairs for our vehicles at home and if I am ever in need of quality used auto parts, the first place I will call is New England Auto & Truck Recyclers. Jay and the team impressed me enough I found myself needing to write a review to help others.

My transmission went out on my Tundra they delivered a transmission I purchased a two-year warranty…read morewith labor, they delivered a transmission that looked like hell covered in snow was told that was the only transmission they had and it had a tail shaft so it was out of a 2 Wheel Dr. not a four-wheel-drive and that my mechanic needed to put it in, so they put it in it didn't shift into 6th gear. Transmission was junk, next transmission went in and worked for about six months then reverse went out on that one had them deliver a replacement transmission with no issue on that however they were not paying for labor again... was very unimpressed with the quality of the transmissions and customer service. I just crossed the two-year mark but only a year and a half on the third transmission and that is throwing codes. Don't buy anything that has moving parts from them.

I ran into a situation whereas they didn't want to refund the money And Ebay is supposed to protect the consumer from this. I did eventually write a poor review on them and had other correspondence with them whereas I said I would remove the negative review if they just made me whole for the full amount of money, they did not Ebay eventually got involved and claimed I was extorting money from one of their businesses and they remove the negative review so buyer beware

Agreed on price, he said they would pick it up Wednesday morning. when nobody showed up I called Wednesday afternoon and was told the driver wont be able to get there until Thursday. He said he'd call me with a time Thursday morning, never get a call. when I called Thursday afternoon I was told the driver was out sick. the woman I spoke with said if she could get away from the office by 4:00 she would come get the vehicle, and if not she would make sure my vehicle was the first one to be picked up Friday No show friday , when I called at 10:00, she said they would be here within the hour. I called back at 1:30 and now they are not answering the call, and since they have caller ID, it's likely they are avoiding my calls now. worst service ever!!!
