It's interesting that I can spend a few bucks ordering online at O'Reilly's, go there, and the employees are nice... they hand me the bag, and off I go. I online order over $1,000 at Best Buy in Oswego, and they act so unappreciative with an attitude when I get my pre-ordered items... I have done business with this site (formerly Thomsons) back in the day when they were one of the…read moreonly shops in town. Until recently, I appreciated thier ability to turn rotors. On Friday Oct 11 I called and asked if they would turn 4 rotors for me on Sat. They told me yes. I brought the rotors in at 8am as they suggested. The gentlemen behind the counter told me NO. They would not be able to turn them. I explained to them I called earlier, was told they would and how I need them. When I returned later they were UGLY. "That will be $90." Inner surface not cleaned for a good seat on the lathe (produce runout), EVERY rotor had LOTS of rust remaining. I asked for a micrometer and measured them. The front were still .050 from min while the rears were .030 from min. WHY DID THEY WASTE MY TIME AND PRODUCE JUNK? Now I was faced with waiting for 2 more days until the rotors would be available. Guess they taught me never to have rotors turned. I went elsewhere to buy new rotors.
