Well I took truck into shop for service and found my leaf springs was put on wrong and brake line bracket on drivers side was not hooked up! Major safety issue! So brake line was just flopping around. So owner made me an appointment to bring it back and get it fixed right. So I dropped it off at appointment time and employee that did lift got mad that I was there and said we will have to move stuff around?!?! Not my fault owner made appointment at 8 am and not my fault truck wasn't but back together right in first place! Same employee lied to me when I called back in and said they didn't take springs off! Well sure didn't come out of factory like that and nothing was found on first visit at dealership only after second dealership service after they did lift!

I have done business with this site (formerly Thomsons) back in the day when they were one of the…read moreonly shops in town. Until recently, I appreciated thier ability to turn rotors. On Friday Oct 11 I called and asked if they would turn 4 rotors for me on Sat. They told me yes. I brought the rotors in at 8am as they suggested. The gentlemen behind the counter told me NO. They would not be able to turn them. I explained to them I called earlier, was told they would and how I need them. When I returned later they were UGLY. "That will be $90." Inner surface not cleaned for a good seat on the lathe (produce runout), EVERY rotor had LOTS of rust remaining. I asked for a micrometer and measured them. The front were still .050 from min while the rears were .030 from min. WHY DID THEY WASTE MY TIME AND PRODUCE JUNK? Now I was faced with waiting for 2 more days until the rotors would be available. Guess they taught me never to have rotors turned. I went elsewhere to buy new rotors.

They have general maintenance parts for my Yamaha Raptor 700R ATV at a fraction of dealer costs…read more.. high quality motorcycle oil, K&N oil filters, performance spark plugs, orderable drive chain for ATVs.... what's not to like? I was also pleasantly surprised to discover a PCV valve I bought from O'Reilly's for my Lexus was Made in Japan... i.e., good quality! Online ordering is a breeze... and quite helpful when I'm in a hurry. The counters are nice and clean too. It's interesting that I can spend a few bucks ordering online at O'Reilly's, go there, and the employees are nice... they hand me the bag, and off I go. I online order over $1,000 at Best Buy in Oswego, and they act so unappreciative with an attitude when I get my pre-ordered items... Probably because I don't give them a chance to upsell me crap I don't need...lol... seriously. I'll continue to shop at O'Reilly's on Lake even though two other auto-parts stores are closer.

They also didn't have a clue...about anything...and were incredibly rude. I was asking some pretty straightforward questions and they didn't know a thing and just said "uh yeah, uh, that should work." It was clear they didn't have even the slightest interest in assisting me. I will never return to this location, or maybe even to an O'Reilly's altogether if this is the low standard they have for their employees.
