The previous owner gave me a bunch of receipt, the brake pads…read morehad less then 10.000 miles, but one rotor was warped, causing the car to shake violently while braking. I went to D&R and explained my situation and asked if he could replace the rotor.His reply was, "No, we don't do half ass jobs here" I said well the brake pads are almost brand new. He replied, " How do you know?" Well when I bought the car I took it to a mechanic and he told me one rotor was warped but the pads were like ne. I also had the receipt from the previous owner. He repeated himself. I left feeling angry ,also belittled by his rudenes. Anyway, I took the car to Parkertown Auto. They did the job without question. The receipt reads: DISC ROTOR - Remove and Replace- Front Both ( Include: Repack Wheel Bearings (where applicable) and replace Pads( if necessary.) My problem is fixed and I no longer feel humiliated by D&R's lousy customer suppor.

I just had my back brakes replaced at the dealership and was surprised to see this alert. I had been told my front brakes were fine. The Mastercraft team inspected my brakes and told me they were fine and that this was an electrical issue that prompted the alert. They gave me other recommendations for the future. They were AWESOME. Also, they did not charge me ANYTHING for this inspection. I have already highly recommended them to friends who live in the area and plan on using this team in the future. They replaced the tires and suggested a front wheel alignment (clearly a stupid mechanic) bc they actually needed to fix the rear alignment which were where the flats were...I paid 250 bucks only to later find out that they were incompetent, Ernie saw the rear alignment was off and explained why the 2 replaced tires were bald after 1,000 miles.. He never pushed me to get the work done by him he actually suggested I i go back to the deal bc bad work was done. I called my dealership where I bought the one year old car and service manager confirmed serial numbers and records that the rear tires were replaced and the front instead of the rear was suooosed to be done. I left two voicemails with the service manager at causeway and got no response. Don't ever buy or deal with these people.. It was time to…read moreservice the vehicle and based on yelp reviews I scheduled an appointment with Petty Motor-works. Tom (the father) answered the phone and helped me schedule the appointment. I dropped off the vehicle today around 9AM and was greeted by Tom (the father), he explained appropriately how much it would cost and told me that they were down a few men due to COVID but, my car would be ready by the end of the day. At 11:15 Tom (the father) contacted me to tell my car was ready. I went to pickup my vehicle around 2PM and was greeted by Tom (the son) he explained what was done and also explained that there was pieces of the brake pad sticking to the brake disc. Tom said that this was something that may fix itself as the vehicle is driving or may need servicing in a he future. I was pleased with the service and the way both Tom's treated the customer.
