Everyone I know said she got charged way too much for what was done, but that's not the worst of it.... Within hours of picking up her car, she suddenly had a significant leak. When she took it back in, he made up some nonsense about where the leak was coming from and took another $90 from her. My 80 year old mother said over and over again that this was unacceptable and caused by him, but he wouldn't budge without more money from her. She's retired & on a fixed income. Paying the $120 for the brake work was a big enough expense for her, but to add an additional $90 for something caused/created by him was crippling. FOLLOW-UP: The work Brinton did on her brakes didn't even last 10 days. The brakes are squealing again like nothing was ever done to them. $120 paid for NOTHING.

Our travle destination was Albuquerque…read more After 300 miles of pulling the travel trailer we heard severe grinding on the trailer wheels. Ed's Auto Repair and Towing agreed to evaluate the wheels and found the brakes were completely destroyed due to subpar electrical work from the manufacturer of the travel travel trailer. Ed, Steve and everyone else were very helpful and informative on the cuase and repairs of the brake failure. They got us back on the road the same day. We are very grateful for them making our repairs a priority, even though they were very busy. Finally they provided us with a detailed report and photos that can be submitted the the manufacturer of the travel trailer for the Warranty claim.

I was on vacation, 3000 miles from home, when the drain pipe to the kitchen sink in my travel…read moretrailer cracked and was leaking badly. I was on a deadline due to a tour I was on and called Steve the owner. Steve came out in two days when I could not get anyone else to come out and repair my trailer in less than a week. The broken pipe was glued to my holding tank and Steve could have told me my only option was to remove and replace my holding tank. Steve was able to cut the drain pipe and cut the elbow off the drain tank. Steve used a connector to reconnect the drain pipe and then installed three support brackets to replace the original single bracket. Steve tested the connections to be sure there was no leakage. By putting in three support brackets Steve probably prevented the pipe from cracking again. Steve was professional, fair and reasonably priced when he had me over a barrel and could have gouged me due to my time restraints. If you need repairs and are in the area, I would recommend Regins RV Service.
