It came back with a recommended $5100 report worth of needed work even though the car has been running totally fine. They were ready to do it and we opted to pick up the car instead. We took the car back to our regular mechanic who said it could use new tires and brakes within the next couple of months but the car is in fine condition. The reviews on here are good so I have no idea what this was all about but please use discernment with their recommendations!

I found tires r us and he was responsive and left what he was doing to come with his mobile service. Unfortunately the rims were bent and we went to his his shop where again he immediately got it done for me so me and my family can get home. On top of it all he was very fair and honest. Brought my other truck in for the exact same service on my other truck and SURPRISE!! He charged me $120!!! When I questioned him about that he said, oh we had a price increase and I really don't like to do tires!! A 50% price increase?? I don't think so...........he just wanted to see if he could get $120 out of me. Besides, he could charge $100 a tire to mount and balance.............it's all about disclosure. If I had known he was going to charge $12o instead of $80, I would have not left my vehicle there. When I went to the parking lot to take my truck, there now is a large dent in the top of my door into the roof that was not there when I left the truck!! I knew what he was going to say when I confronted him about it......I say I didn't do it and you say I did. Well it happened in his care. It may have happened in his parking lot or in the shop. I don't know but it definitely was not there when I left the truck. This guy is dishonest. Have your vehicle worked on at your own risk. You have been warned.
