I refused to pay and it took nearly 30 minutes of waiting for them to remove the charge. I tried to purchase an entire interior kit for my 66 Impala. After comparing their prices with Classic Industries for the same kit, they weren't even close in price comparison. Their minimum freight charge even on a small USPS size package was over $40.00 (smallest box). I won't say I'll never purchase from them again, but they will be my last resort ! Good luck to all

This place is a joke. I ordered a complete interior kit for my 65 Impala SS. When I ordered the…read morekit, there was one piece on backorder, the rear seat buns. When I got my interior kit the rear deck shelf piece was folded and bent into three pieces. I called and it was resent, same results. Ordered a third time, again the same results. I ended up making my own rear package tray. Next big issue, sun visors. My kit was to have complete sun visors. My kit contained the cut out material for the visors. Called Brianna, well the is a supplier problem, send me pictures. So pictures was sent. I got an email saying that my new complete sun visors was on the way. They came in, they were aqua in color, my interior is black. So here we go again. Rear interior sail panels, incomplete panels, bent and damaged, raw edges and they were not glued to the backing. I called again, the second set sent out was as bad as the first. The third set I was sent, I ended up buying glue and fixing them. After eight months and counting, I am still missing the rear seat buns, chrome trim for the bucket seats and rear view mirror support. The resent email I received from Hubbards was that the parts are in route on a container ship... Save yourself a bunch on head aches and frustration. Buy your stuff some place else. I have been shopping at Auto Zones since I started driving. They had always been my goto place to…read morego and get whatever part my car may have needed. This was especially easy 'back in the day' before cars were run by computers. I knew how to change my own oil, change my brakes, give my car a tune up (my father made sure I'd never be at someone's mercy) and could always be assured that Auto Zone would give me the best of parts needed for whatever job. I once purchased a set of brake pads at Auto Zone that lasted FOREVER (until I sold the car at least). Since moving to the Burlington area, I've been trying out all sorts of places on a needed basis. I recently found myself desperate for windshield wipers as I left it too long. I used to rely on going to Auto Zone, buying blades & having a chat with the service person who followed me out to install them for me. Sadly, at this location, I bought a pair of blades (driver and passenger) spending a small fortune. The lady at the desk was very helpful as I didn't bring my reading glasses with me & couldn't make out the fine print in the catalog, but sadly, less than helpful in helping me (or finding someone who would help me) in putting them on. Yes, I realize that wiper blades are pretty easy to put on...once you figure out how to get off your old blades (each car is different), the thing is its messy. I was in my work clothes and didn't really feel like getting yellow pine pollen residue and dirt and grime on my work clothes. It was also the main reason I never minded paying a little extra at Auto Zone. If they are going to be like every other auto part store, without this added customer service aspect, what is the point in paying the higher prices? None.

Went and purchased and engine last week for my Toyota Tacoma. When I went to pick up the engine, I…read morerealized it was badly damaged in the front. The oil pan was also dented, which Steve had previously informed me about. Upon paying for the engine I tried to turn it over by hand, finding that it would only turn half a turn before it would stop. Steve let me know that they would take care of it if it continued to be an issue, and that they would replace the motor with a different one. I call them to get another motor, and I drive and and hour and half to their wrecking yard and they have a motor waiting for me that is covered in and inch of grease and rusted so bad that the edges of the head gasket were rusting into the block. The motor was in very poor shape as if it had 300,000 miles. Compared to the original engine I purchased that was supposed to have 105,000 miles. And cost me $1,000. Given this, I did not want the junk motor they wanted to give me as a replacement as it was no where near the condition of the first motor I received. They refused to give me my full refund. They charged me a 100 dollar restocking fee even though they weren't able to provide me with a comparable replacement motor. This is a dishonest way to do business. Be cautious when buying parts from this wrecking yard, they care more about their profits than making it right for their customers. This was a huge waste of my time, and cost me money in both fuel and their "restocking" fee.

The no-haggle pricing on used cars was cool, but what really got my attention was the communication. I did not want to drive all the way to Burlington if the car I was interested in was going to be sold before I got there. They communicated the availability and assured me it would still be there. They were true to their word. The sales manager gave us a fair trade on my old high miles roadster that had a few issues, so having already researched the trade value, we knew what to expect, and we got a little bit better. Another sales manager gave us some tips on some items in our "new to us" car. Very pleasant experience from start to finish.

My vehicle was complete 2 days prior of two months. This experience was awful, and I would not never take anything them!!!
