Ordered a sliding glass window for an '86 Chevy C10 on Jan 10. Site said widow was in stock and they took my money immediately. I called on Jan 24, and was told they would receive the window (even though it was supposed to be "in stock" ) "by the end of next week." That would make it Feb 2. Called back on Feb Feb 7 once I hadn't heard anything from USA 1 Industries. The lady on the phone told me the exact same line, "the end of next week." When I point out that was her exact response, that their website showed the item in stock, and that they took my money right away she yelled at me and told me I could get a refund. When I said that's what I wanted she said "fine!" and hung up on me. Seems to be a theme of taking people's money and not having an item. Most juvenile person answering the phone. read more

Terrible company to deal with. RUDE customer service. They charge your credit card for your order but only ship partial shipments without any notice. I called to ask where the rest of my order was and they told me it was on backorder for a month. Now I have to pay to send back the items I received since they are useless to me without ALL the parts. Plus I'm out the original $30 shipping cost I paid. Shady company! The address on their website belongs to a totally different company. Look it up yourself on google maps. Don't waste your time or money with these people. Read all the negative reviews. Restoring a 1984 K5 Blazer, saw USA1 on a truck show decided to place an order. Mostly interior parts. Placed the order, Wrong color was sent, tried again 2nd time Wrong color was sent. Tried to call and speak to someone ,, forget that- had to email all request and complaints, finally was told they do not have what I wanted in BLUE and was unable to send other items I needed instead, they wanted me to start a new order,, HELL NO.. Was told they would send me a check by snail mail. Fingers crossed I will get my money back!! read more

I ordered an interior kit in November of 2022. My card was charged before the first part shipped. Parts trickled in. Tried calling with no success. No response from voice mails left for customer service. Sent a letter to Randy Shelton , owner. No response at all. As of 8/10/2023 no door panels or sun visors. Had to cancel order after eight months waiting. USA1 is very unprofessional and use misleading advertisements on the web site. Kits shown as in stock are not in stock. Crossing my fingers on getting a refund by check. They refuse to issue an electronic credit. Will never do business ethem again. read more

I ordered a set cover to be shipped to Hawaii. Their website mentioned 249.XX. When I called to place the order it increased to 299.99. I was originally charged $67 for shipping and later got an email saying I owe Ed another $52 because their customer service rep input the wrong weight. They cancelled my order. Asked numerous times on their social media about the price difference between 249 and 299 on their website and what I was charged with zero response. Please do not do business with this company. The products say they are ready to ship and in stock, then after weeks of not EVER answering their phones and having to email them they FINALLY responded to one of my dozen emails and told me it would be another 12-16 WEEKS to send out the product (which it NEVER said anything about anywhere in the product listing.) I told them I wanted my money back and it took over a MONTH after calling, emailing, basically harrassing them after the first 3 weeks that they finally gave me my money back. I have been planning a restoration for my 86' GMC c1500 and thought this place looked great. They advertise almost any part you need to restore your truck. After $5000 + shopping cart was ordered, parts started to trickle in. Some incomplete, some damaged, and worse, most not in stock! I was told most of my shopping list was 'back ordered', with a wait time of 16 weeks!!! When I tried to call, no one would answer! Emails were just as bad, with copy and paste responses of shipping and back order procedures. I'm disgusted. I canceled my outstanding order. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. read more

You can find unique items such as a complete dash or door panels, but be prepared to wait for you delivery. Every time I ordered I received a message that my order was being delayed due to a part not be on hand and it would be 3-4 weeks, then another 3-4 weeks. Look! Placed an order for a vent window frame, listed as available. The next day I get an email confirmation of the order, but stating it will take 30-45 days to arrive (though I was charged $20 for priority shipping). I sent a notice that same day cancelling the order, as it hadn't shipped, so should be no problem. Two days later I get a response stating it will take 12 days to issue the refund. I have been restoring a square body truck and have waited nearly two years for the parts to come in. They had sent me a few parts at a time but not enough to begin and finish a project. Now that I have been so patient the company policy has been to kick you to the curb after 30 days of receiving the parts for any return or replace. I phoned this industries place & the rep stated the remainder of my order will be delivered within four weeks. Needless to say, as of this date I have NO rear door panels & I am out of $210.
