Well after a false start on my previous visit, I must update my review. Ken Wilson called me back…read moreregarding my bad experience. Dustin the GM was very apologetic. Did not try and make excuses. He just wanted a chance to earn back my business. He brought me a loaner car, picked up my truck for warranty repairs, plus a replacement key for my wife. Hers was stolen with her purse. Today my truck was delivered back to me with all repairs complete, a new key, and a 4 page inspection of my complete truck with recommended future maintenance. It was as clean as I gave it to them. (I just had it detailed the day before they picked it up). I was a little concerned as it might get filthy on the lot. Nope. Great job Ken Wilson/Crossroads Ford. Thanks Dustin. OH...and no charge for any of it! Even the key. It's a good day.

I recently bought a used 2025 F-150 Lightning from Ken Wilson Ford and had a classic dealer…read moreexperience where the final contract numbers didn't match what was agreed to on the floor. On the initial negotiation sheet, we had shaken hands on a vehicle price of $48,500. However, when the final printed contract was brought out for signature, the vehicle price had been quietly bumped up to $49,400. To disguise this $900 increase, they played a paperwork shell game on my trade-in line item--crossing out an initial $11,000 lowball, changing it to $12,500, and claiming they were doing me a favor, all while hoping I wouldn't notice the final balance line had been inflated. On top of the front-end price manipulation, they tacked on a hefty $899 Administrative Fee and stuck me with a marked-up, high interest rate through Wells Fargo Auto. Fortunately, I caught the backend games. I immediately refinanced through PenFed Credit Union, securing a rate that was a full percentage point lower than what Ken Wilson Ford tried charging me. By doing this before the dealer clawback window closed, I completely stripped their finance department of the bank kickback they thought they had locked in. The truck itself is great, but Ken Wilson Ford relies on the old-school tactic of burying price hikes in messy, handwritten contract modifications. If you buy here, bring a calculator to the finance desk and double-check every single line item before signing.
