I made sure my kids know how to change a tire, and wipers, jump a battery, and the basics. But one Sunday afternoon, my son was driving through town with his window rolled down and realized it would not go back up. He called us and asked what to do. Knowing how our local O'Reilly treats customers and takes care of them, we helped him find the closest O'Reilly to his location. A bit of googling lead us to believe it was just a blown fuse. He went into the Oak Street O'Reilly and asked for help. He didn't ask or expect anyone to do it FOR him, just point him in the direction of fuses. He had a photo on his phone of what fuse number controls the window motor of his make and model car and the man just absolutely refused to help him, refused to hear him out, and was extremely rude. He wandered around the store looking for fuses and felt frustrated and called us back. Conway was expecting many inches of rain over the next few days, so he was worried. I quickly found him another auto parts store down the street and he went there and got the help he needed and treatment (i.e. good customer service) we would also expect from O'Reilly. When it turned out that the problem wasn't a fuse, the man still helped him figure out what to do until Monday morning when a repair shop was open.

I also came here for new tires and they messed up one of my tire sensor that I had to go to another auto shop to have another shop fix my sensor. When I asked for another service, an employee at the register told me that they don't offer that service. I pointed to the list of services they had posted on the wall behind them which listed the service. The employees don't even know what they offer. The employees at the registers are hard to find too, they take so long to come when I'm trying to pay to leave.

But I did notice the interest rate so that's the reason. My interest rate was higher because of the gap insurance is not paying their bill right now, but I will get it paid off as soon as I get the extra funds to do that to get rid of rate I gotta pay my taxes on it, no big deal. Most of the sales people have no clue as to what they are talking about. Service - hands down the worst service department in the history of service depts. they are astronomically the highest place in town to get repairs done. They communication is horrible. Never do they actually do what they say they will do. Some guy named Richard is supposedly "in charge " of the service dept. But you can NEVER get him on the phone / he's never there / never returns any phone calls. They people working the front counter do not have a clue. And the service sales - all they want to do is sell you a bunch of stuff that doesn't need to be fixed because they work on commission. It horrible. I never thought Chris Crain would let it get this bad here but it has. Will be taking all of our fleet stuff to Superior from now on.

I'm not sure what ape they have back there cranking down the lugs to 400psi or what Nascar pitboy wanna-be who doesn't know how to start the lug with his hand, but they clearly don't care. Sure they'll pay to have it fixed, but Id rather not have to spend 1-3 days having work done on a vehicle every time I go in with a flat or rotation. Unprofessional, untrained. A copy paste reply isn't going to help, you had more than 3 chances to get the issue straightened out with your employees and management. I will not be back regardless. This is a bad business.

When he arrived, he took a few photos and even admitted, "Yes, it did scratch your truck, and you can see the marks." I was told I'd get a call by Monday or Tuesday, but no one reached out--I had to follow up on Thursday. When I finally spoke with the manager, he backtracked, saying the pictures didn't look like damage caused by their car wash. I'm not asking for a full repaint--just for the scratches to be removed. But I already know that won't happen. Avoid this place at all costs! It even looks like someone else had their car scratched--I saw their pictures too.

This store just lost a nice sale to me. I had my oil changed at Caldwell Toyota, and they gave me a long list f things that need to be replaced, including my battery. Thinking my battery was fairly new, I drove to AAP, and asked them to check my battery. Nope, battery was strong, and almost new. I was ready to buy new wiper blades. Nope. Did not need those, either. I tried to buy something, but they insisted I did not need anything. They reminded me that they had replaced my battery less than a year ago. They did not remind me that the young man kept the store open late when I came rushing in as they were closing on a holiday weekend, to replace my battery and get me going again. These people are honest, friendly, and helpful. Caldwell has lost my business, and AAP will always have it. read more

Admittedly, I'm no expert in automotive costs, so after receiving my bill for a replaced front axel I followed up with a man more in the know: he confirmed that I had indeed received a very fair price for the parts and labor. I've taken my car to Austin Bros. in the past, but will probably bring it back to Budget Automotive next time it needs servicing!

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this shop. especially if you're a female…read more I went in to get a simple patch for a nail in my tire and told they were dry rotted and would not patch. ended up with four new tires and two new front CV boots. 1800 dollars later, I leave the shop and realize that my driver window button is missing from the door panel. couldn't roll my window up for over 24 hours and then I found it underneath my seat with the connectors broken. I will now have to buy a whole new unit for my door just to be able to roll up my window. On top of that, I had three missing valve stem covers and have proof that it left the shop this way. they're nicest can be when they want to offer you a payment plan for almost $2,000 worth of work but can't keep basic things about your vehicle intact. I would definitely recommend any other shop in town and reading reviews before you go. Don't always take someone's word because you'll end up in the place that I'm in
