I ended up waiting there for almost two hours just for an oil change, and the technician promised me a $20 discount for the wait -- but when everything was done, I never got it. Not long after I left, I discovered that the technician had forgotten to reinstall the oil drain plug. All of the oil leaked out of my car, leaving a huge oily mess all over my driveway. To make it even worse, I found a mechanic's glove left under my hood -- which just shows how careless the service was. I've called and left messages multiple times, but no one from the shop has reached out or offered any help. My car is still sitting in my driveway, completely undrivable, and there's the possibility of engine damage now. I understand mistakes can happen, but this kind of negligence can cause serious engine damage and property loss. I've reached out to the shop for a resolution and hope they take full responsibility -- both for the car and the cleanup. I'm sharing this so others double-check their work before leaving. I truly hope Take 5 improves its quality control and accountability moving forward.

Googled "Tires in Conway, Arkansas". Big O was the first to pop up. And from my experience, for good reason. I called and asked for a quote on 4 specific tires. The salesman, quoted me a price. But then asked me if I needed those specific tires and what I was using them for. I told him they were going on a trailer and my situation. He recommended a cheaper tire that was better for my trailer and had better reviews (I googled the tires and checked). I told the salesman we were traveling and my dilemma of needing to get back to work in Florida. From the time we pulled into the parking lot until the time we pulled onto the hwy was 38 MINUTES!!! I time everything (I is a weird quirk of mine). I absolutely can not say anything positive enough to reflex my experience. Josh was professional, courteous and helpful. Both on the phone and in person The technician (I can not remember his name but he used a Hart impact wrench and we discussed it because I was considering getting a couple of them). that did the install was awesome as well. Just very pleasant people to talk to. They could have been rude and taken advantage of me and my situation (which is what I 100% expected, but they did not). I honestly left feeling like there was hope for this country in the fact that not everyone has lost their minds. Just because of how friendly Josh and the technician were! A week or so later, I'm back in there to get a second compressor because they overcharged it with freon and burned it up. It works again for about a week before it goes out again and I am so frustrated that I don't take it back to let them look at it until this year. Choosing to suffer through the heat wave of '23 with no ac simply because I didn't want to deal with the rude guys at the desk. I only returned this year at the urging of a coworker who agreed to come with me to attempt to get this sorted. They said that all the parts were lifetime warranty which was another reason I chose to go back. They found a leak in the system and replaced a valve as well as recharged the system. It worked. Until it started blowing hot again. So, today, the same coworker and I take my car back to get them to look at it. The guy who gives it a look this time accused me of taking it to another shop all because the condenser - that they put on in 2022 with the original compressor- doesn't appear on their records. I told him that I hadn't taken it to another shop but he wasn't believing me and essentially told me that my warranty was void. I will not be returning to this business. And I will warn everyone about this experience.

Had my car dropped off there to replace the two engine belts. Shortly after having this service…read moredone, my steering began locking up. Fortunately, this happened mostly while trying to park. It was as if there was zero power assist. I thought maybe my fluid needed flushing so I bought a kit and flushed it myself. Still the same issue. Then I read about the steering knuckle sometimes needing lubrication, so I lubricated it. No improvement. Finally I looked at the belts. Both belts were so loose I could easily twist them nearly 180 degrees with my fingers. The max should be between 45 and 90 degrees. I tightened them myself and have not had a single issue since.

(That's about double what an alternator should cost, fyi.) Had they had their way, she would have got a new alternator and a new battery both. They also said she needed spark plugs. My mechanic just did that during the last oil change. They also said she needed new wheel bearings. My tire company just went through all this when we got new tires a few months ago. I would NOT give them a 1 star review, but I had to, as you can't give a ZERO on here.
