Unfortunately I usually cannot find any paint matches. Service is pretty straight forward - enter, find parts or assistance, pay and go about one's business. Seems like every time I've been here the place has been swamped and they've been short staffed. I don't mind the wait because I generally don't come here when I have some place to be right away. The store is clean and the staff is very willing to help out if they can.

When I got home and my mechanic began to replace them, he discovered the box that was suppose to contain the back brake pads, had two new pads and two old, rusty pads and was missing all the shims. The website shows every single set of back brakes contained shims. I called the store right away and asked for the manager who mumbled his name when I asked for it. He said there was nothing he could do unless I drove back to the store. So, we made the half hour drive to get the entire back set of brakes, replaced. When I got there, the first thing the manager did was try to sell me another set! I quickly informed him I wasn't paying for anything else and that I only wanted a new box with four new brake pads. Still, he tried to pressure me into getting a box with shims and said he would give me a 10% discount. Honestly, he was only trying to bait and switch to throw me off as he could see I was quite angry about the whole ordeal. He went to grab a new set and I told him the entire box needed to be checked. He threw the box on the counter and flipped open to box and I, the customer had to open each pad individually. The pads were fine but this box was missing shims! So now, two boxes are missing parts. The manager and I had an exchange and all he could say was that it wasn't his fault and there was nothing he could do. He told me he could order a new box and it would be here on one week. He had no people skills, never apologized, never offered a solution. He did repeat that " this happens all the time!" The manager then tried to make me feel sorry for him citing he only made 9.00 and hour, like that had anything to do with anything. He stated he didn't know the person who I origally sold me the pads a few hours earlier. He said we could call the store manager. I later called that number and it goes back to the store! District manager number was inoperable and district number worked so I left a message. Never again will I buy anything from Auto Zone. Two packages both missing parts. People in management not taking responsibility and not offering any resolution. They also acted like they could care less that my car was taken apart and only had half a brake job! I got my money back for half of my purchase. I went next door and got the correct set with all the parts! Rude staff, inside theft of parts, horrible customer service and they don't care they have inconvenienced you! Stay far, far away from this store!

This dealership must be hit or miss for service. My most recent visit here was a big miss…read more Scheduled factory service, and it was not inexpensive; fuel service, tranny service, axle service, oil change, cabin and air filters and more. I got the car back from service and at first, everything seemed okay but a day later I noticed the idle was off just a little, it wasn't a steady idle that I was used to, and the car stalled when I put it in reverse. I couldn't figure it out, so I assumed it was related to the fuel service and would have to work itself out. Day 5 after the service appointment the check engine light came on while getting on the highway to head home from work. Now I'm suspicious that something was not put back together correctly when it was returned to me after the service. Because I'm now leery of the techs at the dealership, and they were going to be closed up for the day anyway by the time I got back home, I went to "The Zone" to have them do the diagnostic. The diagnostic comes back with the trouble code "P0174 System Too Lean (Bank2)" and the suggested fix is to replace the mass air flow sensor. The guy at "The Zone" has me pop the hood, shows me where the mass air flow sensor is, and has me start the car. With the car running he was able to pull the wiring harness away from the sensor with no effort and he looks at me and says - that should not have happened and plugs the wire harness back in so it is secure and suddenly the idle becomes normal. I shut the car off and then he proceeded to point out to me the air filter housing is not correctly put back together, and not only that but it's also broken. Broken? How is that possible? Nobody has been under this hood since I bought this car except... the techs at the Team Chevrolet Creedmoor dealership. The guy at "The Zone" basically fixed the trouble code on the car for for free, reset the check engine light and asked if I wanted to order a Mass Air Flow sensor just in case it has gone bad. I felt like I don't really need the sensor and the car is running/idling much better now that the wiring harness is securely plugged back in. To be fair, the car was in a very minor collision recently and sustained some bumper and headlight assembly damage, but based on the location of the that damage, that very low speed bump should not have broken the air box or popped the wiring harness clip on the mass air flow sensor loose. The car had been running fine after the collision. So yes, the service from Team Chevrolet Creedmoor could have been better. Someone could have told me the air filter housing was broken, or maybe, if they had accidentally broken it, just let me know and be apologetic, let me know the part is being ordered and they'll fix it. If they are adamant they didn't break it, at least let me know it's broken and should be replaced. In addition, the car seemed to be hastily put back together after the service and steps were missed, one of which caused the car to throw a check engine trouble code. I did call the dealership and left a message asking the service manager to return my call to talk about the feedback I have. As of the point of originally posting this review, the call had not been returned. I get that dealership service departments can be stereotyped and demonized with a broad brush, some are deserved, others not so much. This was an experience that seems to support that "bad rep" stereotype. I won't say I'll never go back to this dealership, but at the moment and in the moment, I find it difficult to believe I will return here for service. EDIT: I did get to talk to the service manager and she was very apologetic about the trouble I had with the vehicle and she has offered to make it right with a service voucher. She thanked me for the feedback as it is a training tool for the service technicians about what to and not to do with a person's car.

My son was doing an internship in North Carolina through a central Florida engineering university…read more We drove 11 hours from Florida to visit him a few days before his internship ended. What we discovered was a son who was enthusiastic about his job, delighted with his experience, and amazed at how much he had learned. We found out that the company went out of its way to make him happy: they provided him with a mentor who coached him daily, a supportive team that helped him, and made an effort to assign him interesting and meaningful work. As a French-born citizen, I wish companies in Europe would adopt a similar approach to helping newcomers to their professions. I truly admire the attitude of this company, which strives to provide young professionals with the best possible training and experience. To our surprise, our son was provided with a charming apartment by the company, and during the three days we spent with him, they also provided us with an apartment right next to his. Seeing a company that cares for its workforce like a family--with so much dedication and generosity--is rare and commands both respect and admiration.
