I went to get one wrench which they didn't have so I waited in line between the movie ropes they had set up and someone walks in from outside and just touch right in front of me as the guy says can I help you... To that person.I would go to Napa or somewhere else for auto parts especially if you want some customer service. This AutoZone doesn't ever have what I need in stock anyway to tell you the truth I don't know why I keep stopping by.

Terrible service. Stopped in this store twice in the past couple weeks because I had never bought…read moreanything there before. Wanted to see how it compared to Auto Zone and Advance. Now I know I wasn't missing anything. When I walked in the store and started walking around (only customer inside), I saw three employees behind the counter. None of them on the phone or anything. One looked up, but didn't say anything. I walked up to the counter to get what I needed and I couldn't wait to get out of there. The guy at the register just mumbled and I could barely hear him, and he just seemed like I was wasting his time. Went back a few days later to return one of the items I bought and another employee who took the return was a complete jerk. Seemed offended and kept making snide comments. Told me that what I was looking for didn't exist. At the end of the transaction he just kinda shoved a receipt my way and I'm standing there like...am I good to go? He looks up a minute later with a look on his face like "what are you still doing here?" Long story short, I went next door to Advance and the employee (who asked what he could help me with when I walked in) walked right over and found what I was looking for immediately. This is the same item that the jerk at Napa said didn't exist. I think I'll stick with Advance and Auto Zone from now on.
