The price that was verbally discussed did not match what later appeared in the paperwork, and additional costs were added without a clear explanation. When I questioned the pricing, closing figures, and requested a refund, Sales Manager Brandon referred to me as "you people," which I found offensive and inappropriate. I also experienced what I perceived as racist, derogatory, aggressive, and unprofessional behavior. Jerry was also rude and aggressive during my interactions, and Marcellus continued pushing me to purchase the vehicle instead of listening to my concerns or respecting my request for time to make an informed decision. I ultimately returned the vehicle and keys because I no longer felt comfortable doing business with this dealership. A car purchase is one of the biggest financial decisions a person can make, and no customer should feel pressured, disrespected, or misled during that process. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest, respectful, and transparent car-buying experience.
