He was wondering why they were not able to do it. I made a conclusion that maybe because it was super cold outside, and washing the car is not a good idea especially when it is freezing cold. I was a few minutes late but was still taken care of once I arrived. Steve was a great experience. I was dropping my car off for its due service. He thoroughly went over what steps would take and gave me options and price compared. I waited in the room for a bit and there were bagels and donuts! My car was estimated to take 1-2 days but was ready for pickup four hours later! I was also given a rental car to use (my car is leased). Would definitely use this location for the future. When I came next day to get my car (I worked late) there were donuts and bagels again :) Thanks! PS: I saw reviews on google and reviews for "tamaroff Nissan" on yelp.
