I bought the dashcam and hardwire kit from Amazon and all we had to do was drop off the vehicle. The shop was very busy so it was around a 3-hour wait. We just spent the afternoon having lunch and exploring Mexicantown. I find this shop to be trustworthy and fair in its pricing. Hardwiring the dashcam looks a lot better than having wires visible. While I had them do that work, I had them repair something that was done improperly at Mickey Shorr a few years ago. He was very knowledgeable, quick to reply and went above and beyond UNTIL I sent the required deposit. He was willing to send me a picture of his ID so I felt safe sending him a deposit. I understood the need for a deposit since this is his business and time and a lot of people are shady and don't respect that. My install date was coming up and Jonathan messaged me and advised he was sick and hospitalized and would have to cancel. I tried to reschedule to no avail so I requested the return of my deposit since he couldn't fulfil our install. He said he would return my deposit. He later advised he was getting out of the hospital and back to work if I still wanted the install which I did. I have not heard back in regards to install or deposit return. I messaged him 3 or 4 times and sent a request from Zelle for the refund. I gave him the opportunity to make this right several times prior to me posting this review. I feel bad if he is truly ill, etc, but look at it from my side on how many scammers are out there - what am I supposed to think. Jonathan - please just return my deposit or schedule my install at cost and I will immediately remove this review.

I called them in a bind with a completely dead audio system in my show car. Despite being booked out for weeks, they told me to bring it in right away--and somehow worked me in for a full diagnostic. What they found was shocking: a blown amp, bad wiring, and crossovers installed in the water catch by the last installer (a major chain). Venard, Chris, and Ty didn't just fix it--they gave my car the system it always deserved. No upselling. Just top-tier workmanship, clear communication, and a sound system that absolutely rocks. After selecting an alarm with the features I wanted, such as the remote alarm, automatic start, and allowing me to operate the features that came with my car, trunk release, and the ability to use my cell phone to operate , same as the key fob. To my horror I arrived early and was there almost to closing . As I got into my car nothing was working as it should have. They didn't even check to see if the job was okay. To my surprise the installer attempted to put blame on my cars age, his boss the owner kept silent to my surprise. They hadn't even connected the trunk release and wanted to charge me extra. Thank God there was a qualified installer that came to the rescue. He went over everything the following day, apologized for the inconvenience. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.
