While DoorDashing with my daughter, I was assigned to deliver an auto part from their store. When I arrived, the customer informed me that they had not ordered the part. Unfortunately, I was unable to get in touch with DoorDash to resolve the situation that evening, so I returned home and brought the part back to the store the next morning. The young man working that day was incredibly appreciative that I took the time to return the item. His professionalism, gratitude, and genuine kindness left a lasting impression on me. In a world where honesty often goes unnoticed, it was refreshing to be treated with such respect and appreciation. I cannot express how much this experience meant to me. My daughter lives near Holbrook in Brownstown and when I…read morefound out she was coming in town for Labor day I called and asked Holbrook staff Rex and Hass for rocker moldings as well as the textured bottom door trim from all 4 doors. Both Hass and Rx assured me the parts were available and to send my daughter and "They Got Me"... My daughter arrived in Columbus with only the rocker Moldings and after the holiday she went back home and called Holbrook in Brownstown to get the pieces that were missing. The supposed manager, Nate vehemently denied responsibility blaming my daughter that was no more than a delivery person on top of that Nate was rude and kept overtalking me. I offered to send him the text I sent my daughter that described in detail the parts we wanted and that my daughter read to Rex but her refused to allow. I asked to speak with him and Rex or Haas and refused to do that. I told him that I thought this was a pretty dirty move to steal $200 dollars and blame it on my kid and then Nate hung up. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well as the state Attorney General. After speaking to Nate I am certain he will choose to disregard the complaints but hopefully many people over time will read this review and my other complaints and go elsewhere for any used part needs.

After not getting the answers she needed, she was told to leave the property. Evidently, she did not leave quick enough, so Joe, and the other "gentlemen" loosed their pitbull and other canines on my niece. To add insult to injury, when her Dad addressed the issue with the proprietors, they told him she needed anger management and there were no dogs released. Seriously! What year is this? 1963. This is not the only letter this reviewer is writing. The only reason it gets 1 star is because of the posting. It doesn't deserve that.
