The price was adjusted upward 400% from comparable parts but I paid it because I needed it. 3. I drove 20 miles to pick it up only to discover that it was broken with a golf ball sized part of the box missing, still apparently worth 400% markup. My sales person was Brian Meddings. Do not use this person who works on markup and made good money on my part, but refused to have it overnighted to my location and made me call him several times to get status on this item. 4. The part was broken and my two week waiting period flushed.

He literally checked with his GM while I was sitting there and I could hear the whole conversation. Again, nothing hidden. Now here's the best part, the exact color/model 4Runner I wanted was not on the lot. And I knew that it would be a hard find. I told him to take his time finding it, I was not in a rush. He called me by noon the next day and found the truck without the options that I did not need yet also found a truck with even better options then what I thought I could afford. Because he cared so much to find a truck without the options I did not need, I was able to afford the rare option I really wanted. I have always and will continue to recommend Mo to friends and family of mind who are looking for a new or used car. Now onto the acquisition because those people rarely get credit. Jeffery Friel handled my acquisition. I had found a lower finance rate than the normal big banks people usually use and forwarded to Mo prior to showing up. Mo checked with acquisition and said they have worked with this group before and would be happy to help me apply through that bank. Upon sitting down with Jeffery, he told me I could get the low rate I had asked for, but he looked into it and found another financial institution that had an even lower rate that I flat out missed.
