Sometimes dealing with auto supply businesses can be rough if one isn't sure what is needed to get the job done so it is really helpful to have staff willing to assist.

EVERY time! Being an intelligent person, it did not take me long to see what was going on there.....so I stopped servicing my car at KR and started taking my car to a mom and pop shop ever since. I'm not going to waste money on parts that I really DON'T need just because a mechanic has to hit his revenue number at the dealership.....AND also have them throw away perfectly good parts that are now forever polluting our environment, just for a quick buck. With that said, I needed new brakes and my mom and pop shop couldn't put them on because they are electronic, and need to be installed by a dealership...So I was concerned with going to another dealership like KR with the never ending reco's of parts that I don't need. Well, I called SMAIL Kia. They were able to get me in the next day, which was excellent. The mechanic had called later and said that I needed new pads and rotors, and it was going to be $825. I thought that was a pretty fair price, but a bit on the high side, but of course agreed to it and they installed the brakes. I came to pick up my SUV and the bill was actually $668 instead of $825....a PLEASANT surprise! AND more in line with what the brake repair should be in my opinion.....The mechanic said he was able to save me some money, and I told him I NOTICED that and APPRECIATE it! Everyone was very kind and professional and they washed my car before leaving. Nice touch! Bottom Line....it does not take long for a person to catch on to what places like KR are doing, and believe me they are losing a great deal of business because of their practices (Including mine). BUT SMAILS does NOT seem to be like that! I have to say that I REALLY appreciate people who try to save me some money, and for that I WILL BE USING SMAIL KIA AGAIN! Thank you!

The advisor that is overlooking my vehicle he's never there. He's always off. He's either calling off or he's off work. This is getting absolutely ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never take another vehicle to this place again. I will drive the extra hour to go to my normal shop where I bought it from. It's In-N-Out real quick. They get everything done right away, but Delaney's they drag it on and they try to sell you a new vehicle in the meantime. I got more phone calls from them about buying a vehicle than actually getting my damn vehicle fixed. I do not want another payment. I own this vehicle outright and there's very little miles on it. Why it's taken so long. God only knows. I do not recommend going here. Service sucks. They take forever to do stuff. I watched a guy while I was waiting for information. he said he started there at 9:30 in the morning on a Wednesday for an inspection and I actually left to go get lunch and when I came back, it was 230 and he was still there and I said what's going on. He says they actually haven't gotten it on the rack yet to even check it but they told him to stay cause it would only take a half hour he was pushing like six hours.

When we saw the coolant warning light come on when we were still a couple hours away from our destinations and it was 8 PM we panicked. We called the dealer and found out that the best thing to do was to top up the coolant until the next day when we could take the car in to the shop. Since we were pulled over at a rest area we weren't sure where to find coolant. We called AAA and after a long time on hold we were told that they don't carry coolant with them and they would need to tow us to the closest service shop. By then we were really panicking! I pulled up yelp and found this advanced auto parts and they were closing in 15 minutes. Since we were only a five minute drive away we took the chance with our coolant leaking and got to the store. The manager was super nice and got us what we needed and came over to the car and did a quick assessment and helped us top up. He helped us realize that it wasn't actually leaking so we felt safe to continue our drive until we were able to go to the dealer the next day! We were really impressed by their professionalism and customer service that the store provided us. Highly recommend this advanced auto parts!

Idk what this dudes problem was that he has to act all macho. I stopped by because my low tire pressure alert came on-- mostly likely just because it's ridiculously cold out. They are now sold individually since the size differs between the driver and the passenger. Staff was helpful and was able to look up my car make, model, and year. They sold me quality wipers which should last about 2 years with normal wear and tear. They do offer free installation of them and they dispose of your old ones. They have a rewards program depending upon how much you spend but as with most places you don't get much of a reward. This shop is handy if you are a do it yourself when it comes to maintenance. Prices aren't cheap but at least you are getting quality as compared with seeing a dealer or mechanic for the same thing.
