First I bought a brand new car that had grinding brakes. Tried to call my sales person multiple times who would not return a call or email. Finally made an appointment and took the car in, sat for hours while they checked it (only to find out that a brand new car somehow needed all new brakes and roators...completely shady!) They refused for give me a loaner on my brand new car that I had had for 3 days and I had to get the sales manager involved. They ended up giving me some free oil changes (big whoop) and everytime I have used one i sit at least 2 hours. Today the tech who did the oil change asked if I was "ok" cause I was annoyed for such a long wait every single time and told me "he had been on lunch". I tried to call and speak to the manager who also never returned my call....the rudest most unprofessional business i have ever encountered. Don't go there ever!!!! Ps- just an update on this...called today to schedule one of the oil changes they gave me to "make things right" and was rold they expired and I was no longer welcome at their dealership...start to finish the most unprofessional and awful place I've ever been!

I like subcompact cars, and this category is basically phasing out across the US; almost every subcompact model was discontinued between 2018-2020. I liked my 2012 hatchback Nissan, but, surprise!, that one's been discontinued, too. After several test drives of different makes/models, I decided to take a look at Nissan's sedan Versa. I came across a 2021 via the internet at Ricart. I called and talked with Leesa, told her what time I'd be in to dealership the next day. I basically know what I want in a car, and this model checked all the boxes: Must have cruise control; bluetooth connectivity; good air flow; and smooth down/up shifting gears in an automatic. I was very happy to see the car ready and waiting when I arrived as planned. Leesa was young and a good personality to work with. She didn't care where I drove on the test drive (which is a huuuugh plus in my book), so I was able to drive the streets and get on the freeway to test the cruise control. I decided this was the one, and that was that. She didn't try and sell me anything else, just shook my hand said congrats, let me get my manager, and smooth sailing. I will admit I've NEVER been a Ricart fan - I think it stems back to the annoying guitar "We're dealin!" Commercials from the dad, so it is what it is. I was really happy that everyone I dealt with, from the warranty man, to the cashier gal, had great attitudes and caught onto my sarcasm right away and punned back. Overall, my dealings with Ricart were hassle free. I've already taken advantage of my lifetime car washes perk. Leesa (the sales gal I talked with on the phone to ask if they still had the car I'd found via the internet), and let her know I wa

On Friday, we called back and increased our offer, but were told no. Then this morning, a different salesperson called and said they knew we were interested in the vehicle. We explained our offer again, and were told to come in because they could "probably make it work." We stopped what we were doing, drove back to the dealership, and took the vehicle for another test drive. When it came time to discuss pricing, we were told the exact same thing as before: no change in price. We made another trip based on their suggestion that something could be worked out, but nothing had changed. If there was no flexibility on pricing, they should have told us before asking us to come back. Very disappointing and a waste of our time.

The vibe of the place is not what it use to be. I don't recommend this place to anyone anymore.

Like something out of a post-apocalyptic Mel Gibson flick, the lot at this junkyard/parts supplier…read morewas a wasteland/graveyard of deceased rides. Probably the place where you are least likely to find what you are looking for, it was by far the most fun to visit. Vehicles are propped up on old rims and look totally unsafe to be wrenching on from underneath...yet people do. It was also the busiest and most hopping of the bunch I visited. This, I'm sure, explains the lack of parts. Most of the vehicles have been picked to pieces. I found some crushed beer cans out there, and took solace knowing that you can get your drink on while you pick, if you so choose. There were also dirt cheap (AND dirt-Y) vehicles for sale, all of which would need a good cleaning and some fixing up, but for that price, still a deal. Inside, the staff was helpful and witty to boot. I paid a dollar to enter, but was loaned a lug wrench in case I found my part. The parking lot has a food truck, in case you food truck hipsters want to go check out a cart I'm pretty sure isn't participating in any food truck fests.

I made a morning appointment for shocks and a recall which should have taken a couple hour. I get there on time and the guy tells me it's going to be 3.5-4 hour. Seriously, this is why I made an appointment. I say okay and go sit down. I sit there for 4 hours and then they come and tell me that they can't fix my car today. I asked why, she stated they have the parts but they are short staffed, WTH!! She said they have a courtesy car that I can use until my car is ready. Fine, I'm tired just give me the car and let me leave. They call the next day about 4:20p that my car is ready. I leave immediately to go get my car. I fill theirs with gas and take it back. I sign for my car that was both warranty repairs and leave. Then I drive home and receive a email for a $90 car rental invoice! Had they told me that I would be charged $90 for 27 hours/73 mile; I would have taken an Uber instead.

They way the Parts department set up is very impersonal. Every time you have to have them look at a part or a quote, they have to go in the back to some secret room. and you have to ring a bell to talk to anyone. Also the parts department is located somewhere in a different building than the service department, this is a break in continuity. With all that said, they do offer better pricing than Columbus North Mitsubushi, and free Cookies

I had a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience with the service department at Ricart Kia…read more I scheduled an online appointment detailing the exact, urgent issues my car was experiencing: frequent problems starting, and a highly dangerous sudden loss of acceleration while driving on highways. Because of this critical safety concern, I rushed out to make the appointment, not realizing until I was en route that this location was 30 minutes away from my home rather than my local dealership. Unfortunately, my experience only went downhill from there: Complete Lack of Listening & Misdiagnosis: The service advisor did not listen attentively or confirm the reason for my visit (which apparently wasn't passed along from the online scheduling system). The final report claimed my concern was a "constantly on check engine light"--which was absolutely not the case. Poor Communication: They kept my car overnight. The next day, instead of calling me with an update or explanation, they simply sent a text message with a list of recommended services. When I called my advisor, Brittney Ball, to ask if any of these recommendations actually addressed the dangerous stalling and starting issues I brought it in for, she said no, claiming they couldn't replicate the problem. I only accepted some of the unrelated services so the 30-minute trip wouldn't feel like a total waste of time. No Accommodation: Because I live 30 minutes away, I was told I was outside their service area and was denied a shuttle. I had to pay for incredibly expensive Ubers both ways. Terrible Vehicle Return Condition: To top it all off, the car didn't receive even a basic complimentary cleaning, and it was returned to me with a powerful, overwhelming smell of gasoline inside the cabin that I still cannot get rid of. Between the breakdown in basic communication, the complete disregard for the dangerous performance issues I reported, the lack of transportation flexibility, and the condition my car was returned in, this was an incredibly poor customer experience. I will not be returning to this dealership.
