Recently, at around 70k miles, I needed new tires and reached out just to understand my coverage. I left a voicemail -- no response. A week later, I called again and was transferred multiple times. When I finally spoke with someone, I explained I needed an oil change and wanted to discuss my tires. The representative immediately dismissed me and said tire replacement "is not a thing," without even trying to understand what I was asking. Because of that interaction, I took my business elsewhere (Sam's Club), where I received quick and professional service. I still went back to Suttle the next day for an oil change. I arrived at 7:45 AM and was still waiting after 9:00 AM. In total, I've spent over 4 hours across two days dealing with poor communication and long wait times. The issue isn't just the wait -- it's the lack of customer care, follow-up, and basic professionalism. This dealership needs to improve how they treat customers.
