Later in the day I receive a call asking where the key is. I said I left it in the quad. Amazing enough, the key "disappeared" and apparently "I took it." They also said they are not responsible for anything that is at there shop if it is stolen. Look elsewhere for your ATV needs.

Kind of a long story. Purchased a headlight bulb at the Newark store. A week later went to install…read moreand it was the wrong one. I live about 30 min away, but was going to be in Heath, so stopped to return at that store. I couldn't find the receipt, so that was the first issue. Let me be clear, the young lady helping me went out of her way to swap them out despite the fact that I didn't have a receipt and their stores apparently don't "talk" to each other. Second issue was I had no DL with me. It had not been given back to me when I had to present it at the shooting range a few days previous, and I didn't realize I hadn't gotten it back until I needed it. She got her manager to come help. That's where my issue started. I appreciate he helped me out and did the exchange despite the fact I had NOTHING I needed. I was appreciative when he informed me he was going against procedure and in the future I would need my DL for a return. I told him that like the majority of folks, I carry my DL with me at all times, and explained why I didn't have it. In my mind, at that point the transaction should have been concluded and we all move on. But he starts it up again about having my DL. I said I've already explained to you why I didn't have it. Then he tells me not to get mad, and does his DL speech again. I said well actually I AM getting mad and started for the door. He said something about taking care of me, and I responded with yeah, after making sure you slapped my hand. My point is this. If you are really concerned with GREAT customer service, then explain your policy, and either help or don't help. Simple as that. But if you decide to help, then do it with courtesy, and don't presume to continue to lecture your customer, THEN tell them not to get mad. Bottom line the only reason I was there in the first place was due to one of their employees selling me the incorrect bulb. Again, the young lady who first waited on me was really nice and helpful, and I have no issue with her.
