It took about 45 minutes for them to change one tire and I had an appointment at 5:00 PM. Seems to me that I could've changed it myself in about 20 minutes but whatever. when I looked in my trunk, it turns out that they were too lazy to even replace my spare tire properly and just threw it in the trunk. I will not be using any longer as they did not do me justice there and charged me a high price for a low tire. I do not recommend them.

So went into Jiffy Lube today to get an oil change since it's been ~10 months and 5000 miles since…read moremy last oil change. It's a new (to me) car I just got this past year and only my 2nd oil change, so I didn't realize that the computer tells the oil life. The worker tells me I still have 45% oil life and suggests that I wait until it gets to 15%, apparently the computers are much more accurate than the old "suggested change by" recommendations. They then top off all my fluids, check all my tire pressures and even vacuum my car, all for no charge since I had my oil changed there last time! What a pleasant surprise! So had to come in here and recommend such an honest business!

The folks at Independence are experts at RV repair. They repaired my 2001 Coachmen Mirada to look…read moreas good as new. The coach suffered pretty severe rear quarter panel and rear end damage. Unfortunately parts for my coach are hard, if not impossible, to obtain now. Tim and his crew did a wonderful job at fabricating the needed parts and blending them into the existing surfaces. In a rather strange turn of events my neighbor also suffered similar damage to his coach and chose to take his rig to a different body shop for repairs. The results could not have been more night and day. The work that was done by the other shop was shoddy at best. ( I had them quote my repair, and the prices were nearly identical ) All body shops are not created equal. I am so glad I chose Independence.
