Placed an online order before I could finish checking out they reduced the quantity in my cart from…read moretwo items to one, finished placing the order they took the money out of my bank account I drove all the way to the store for them to tell me they couldn't find the item, I said okay then order it and I can pick it up sometime soon they refused and we're acting shady the entire time, I'm relatively certain that the store manager who was telling the employee helping me to not even bother looking for the item I'm pretty sure that manager is the one that got the item when he saw how steeply it was marked down. Store was dirty, crowded, and unorganized.

That information would have been great to lead with, but I can't imagine they'd get much business if they disclosed that at the start of the transaction. Would not select this location again. Diehard warranty states any authorized Diehard dealer can honor the warranty with proof of purchase, no matter where the battery was purchased. I took the bad battery to Advance at Heath, Ohio and exchanged the bad battery for a new battery in the matter of a few minutes.
