I went in for some oil that was on sale and was being despondent and avoiding help but the two men working there checked on me anyway a few minutes later and answered some questions for me, found a free part that was included in my purchase, and even came out to give me a paper towel after seeing that I was topping off my oil without one. Just old fashioned decent people working there as of this writing. You have to love when you won't shop somewhere else not because their service is bad, but because the other guys have just earned it. read more

95 degrees outside and the AC went in my husbands truck. Everyone inside the store was busy but a young man doing inventory asked if he could help. I explained the situation to him and he showed me what I needed. A big canister with a gauge on top and a hose, I was hesitant but he said he'd talk me through it. He showed me where to connect the hose, how to hold the canister, how to read the gauge, walked me through the whole process step by step and in no time the AC was running cold! Customer service at it's finest! Since he said he worked at another store and was only there to do inventory I didn't get his name but if the other employees are like him I'll definitely be back! As is family tradition, the first day on the road and the van decides to fling the driver-side wiper off. It had always seemed a little loose and I could not tell if it was just a bum blade or if the guys at the shop had bent the arm so that it was no longer tight. After driving around looking for an open auto parts store on a Sunday morning in a pretty rural area, we found our way to the store. The manager William spent a while with us going through a box of parts and found a clip that gave the blade a good, tight fit for our drive across the rainy PA hills.
