My husband and I have both worked in the auto industry do we already the tire sizes were able to be swapped, and for that matter both our vehicles are front wheel drive! My husband asked to see the vehicles while they were in the air (to double check), and sure enough FWD. He asked the girl who checked us in if she could just let tech know to double check before they give customers wrong info. She pulled the tech aside and told us tell him yourself, so my husband did. Tech had nothing to say except "ok" and gave him a dirty look. There was no "hey we were wrong we apologize"... just nothing. When cars were done my husband tried to tell the tech have a good day and he walked away and didnt even acknowledge him. We came here because ive been a customer in the past and never had an issue. 1. Not having the knowledge to know the difference between AWD and FWD - not good if youre in the vehicle repair business. 2. Not offering any kind of apology when it was YOUR mistake, just bad manners. 3. Walking away and not acknowledging a customer who was polite but pointed out your mistake and told you that you were wrong - unprofessional. We wont be back.

They would not honor the warranty. Today, we saw 4 bubbles on the side wall of another tire. Again they wouldn't honor the warranty. I would never recommend buying anything from B&R. I would recommend True Tread. They were honest and helped us with all new tires. I will always buy tires from True Tread Tires in Canfield.

They list their parts on a popular national salvage yard database, a subset of which is this yard's inventory. You can see their inventory on their website, as well. The part I needed was clearly described, and at a great price. So I called. The clerk I spoke with, Adam, was friendly and efficient. He quoted a very reasonable price to ship the item, and promised to pull and ship the part the next day, as it was very close to the end of the day. This clarity as to what they would do, and when they would do it, followed the whole transaction. I called again to make sure that the pull went well. As every time I called, they gave me the full story in about one minute's time. I called again after they had shipped, and they promptly reported the UPS tracking number. They pulled the part Monday. Here it is Wednesday, and my car is in perfect working order. I'm off to pick up a date, and proud to be driving a car I fixed. Would use again in a heartbeat.

They were out of the office for a week with the flu or something. Skip to now a year later and my car is doing the exact same thing! Of course when I called on Tuesday of last week they were off because of labor day. They said they would return on Monday. I called on Monday the lady told me she would tell them and call me back. She never called me back. Called yesterday and she said she forgot to tell them. She would talk to them and call me back. She never called me back. I called 3 times and no answer. I called twice this morning and no one answered. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! These people do terrible work plus not once did I see or meet a mechanic. My car was just sitting on the lot and I was greeted by some woman in the office. There is a reason these people have no ratings!

I bought a Leer truck bed fiberglass Lid from them. It took 13 weeks to come in. I paid $2,850 for…read moreit. I was happy with the Lid until I discovered it was leaking at the front of the Lid where the front gasket is attached to the Lid. I called them and they said for me to bring it in which I did. I explained to them that the water was coming in between the seal and the lid. I left the truck and they called me 2-1/2 hours later and said the truck was done. They told me everything was good to go. After I looked at the lid when I got home I couldn't see anything that they had done but I took them at their word. Well the next big rain We had I saw that the leak was still there. I then took a video of the leak. I called them again and explained again about the leak and told them I had a video of the leak. I talked to Tom the installer. He told me "great that would help tremendously. I made an appointment to get the leak fixed AGAIN. When I went back I talked to the owner and showed him the video. He started telling me there was nothing he could do but to send the entire lid back to Leer which I found unacceptable. He told me about the only thing they could do was to put some silicone caulking across the seal. When Tom the installer brought the truck around I looked where they were supposed to put the caulking and the only placed they caulked was the pop rivet heads. I asked Tom why he didn't caulk all the way across the seal, he said "there's tape behind the seal". I said I know that's exactly where it's leaking at. He said I don't know then. I said Never mind, I'll fix it myself. MY ADVISE TO ANYONE READING THIS REVIEW IS TO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM VALLEY TRUCK OUTFITTERS! THEY WOULD'NT TAKE CARE OF A WARRANTED PRODUCT THAT THEY SELL UNLESS THEY SEND IT BACK TO THE FACTORY WHERE IT CAME FROM WHICH THE OWNER SAID WOULD TAKE A LONG TIME. SO AFTER FOUR TRIPS FROM NILES TO POLAND I STILL HAVE A LEAK.
