    This review is a continuation of the previous one I wrote about what happened on September 28,…read more2025, where they changed the oil of my car and forgot to secure the oil cap on the bottom and ruined my engine. My car is 2025 and had it for only 2 months and half. The first post was on Google. Today, December 3, I still have not received any response about my car. They had promised to have it ready by November 24. However, on November 25, I made a call that lasted almost an hour, during which I was put on hold and, in the end, they hung up on me and never returned my call. I am truly disappointed by the lack of attention and seriousness given to the situation, even though the issue was caused by them. Although they provided me with a rental car, it's not my own vehicle, and the communication has been poor. Additionally, my health is not good, and I cannot believe I am being treated this way. Esta reseña es una continuación de la última que hice sobre lo ocurrido el 28 de septiembre de 2025, lleve mi carro al cambio de aceite con ellos y no aseguraron la tapa debajo que daño por completo el motor. Mi carro es del 2025 llevaba 2 meses y medio con el. Hoy, 3 de diciembre, todavía no he recibido ninguna respuesta sobre mi carro. Me habían prometido que lo tendrían listo para el 24 de noviembre.     I have been coming to this same location for 7 years and bought my most recent Kia sportage from…read morethis dealership. This last visit was the WORST experience I have had at this facility. Megan was rude, condescending and didn't even bother to tell what was wrong with my car until I asked. She just text message me and told me my car was done. I told her my car tire needed air. And I asked three separate times to make sure it was done and she reassured me that it was. I get in my car and the indicator light was still on. I spoke to the manger Don and told him my dissatisfaction with my service. This is the second time I had to make a complaint. I am not sure if my car was truly looked at since I was reassured three times that air was placed in my tires and it was not. I will probably go to another place at this point.
