My car is 2025 and had it for only 2 months and half. The first post was on Google. Today, December 3, I still have not received any response about my car. They had promised to have it ready by November 24. However, on November 25, I made a call that lasted almost an hour, during which I was put on hold and, in the end, they hung up on me and never returned my call. I am truly disappointed by the lack of attention and seriousness given to the situation, even though the issue was caused by them. Although they provided me with a rental car, it's not my own vehicle, and the communication has been poor. Additionally, my health is not good, and I cannot believe I am being treated this way. I have been coming to this same location for 7 years and bought my most recent Kia sportage from…read morethis dealership. This last visit was the WORST experience I have had at this facility. Megan was rude, condescending and didn't even bother to tell what was wrong with my car until I asked. She just text message me and told me my car was done. I told her my car tire needed air. And I asked three separate times to make sure it was done and she reassured me that it was. I get in my car and the indicator light was still on. I spoke to the manger Don and told him my dissatisfaction with my service. This is the second time I had to make a complaint. I am not sure if my car was truly looked at since I was reassured three times that air was placed in my tires and it was not. I will probably go to another place at this point.
