Heck, if I go back another day and they deliver minimum service, I'll remove the review. Experience 1: I had my nephew order several parts and was told most would be ready on Saturday, and one would be available on Monday. I arrive on Saturday to pay and pick up parts, and the nice gentleman Sebastian told me he didn't know what I was talking about and would NOT be able to help me without the complete list. He was arrogant and rude. He didn't offer to look it up by name or check for bulk order. I called back 15 minutes later with the list, and somehow he already knew what I was talking about before I gave him the list of parts but couldn't be bothered to look it up while I was there. Sadly, it delayed repairs on my car further. Experience: 2: On Monday, I called to make sure the entire order was available, and after five minutes on hold, Juan hung up. I called back and told them they hung up on me, and Juan said, "we don't hang up on people". Experience 3: I needed another part for my car that was a special order item. He said if I paid for it today, I could get it by Friday. He sent me a payment link, and I IMMEDIATELY submitted the payment. All this took maybe about 15 minutes from the phone call to them forwarding a payment link. Today I call, and I'm told that I missed the order deadline and would have to wait another five days. No one called me to confirm I still wanted the part or even mentioned the issue when they sent the nonrefundable payment link. I recommend using them, and if they have the part, but if not, please go elsewhere. Stuff happens, and maybe my experience is unique.

He sent me the buyers purchase order showing a total sales price of $65,295.28 which included taxes and fees.  Khalid told us there were a few things still being prepared to the vehicle so we scheduled an 10am appointment on 9/16/26.  After the test drive, he said he was told they had to adjust the price because they incorrectly listed the Autotrader ad too low.  The price was adjusted $3500 higher than we agreed on, BUT we should understand based on other Autotrader listings prices we had probably seen.  We couldn't believe it and felt completely duped.  This was extremely unprofessional, and I wouldn't have expected this type of experience from a supposedly "reputable" 4.5 star BMW dealership.  Khalid later text this to us after we refused to pay the extra amount.  "Genuinely I had no idea the price was upped until this morning when I first looked at the listing after our test drive. It was priced incorrectly from the get go and it was a mistake on my pricing teams side. I probably should have realized the price was way too low in the first place and confirmed it with them yesterday. We are very sorry and would like to make it up to you somehow."  We understand Khalid doesn't make the final decision on pricing, but come on BMW Midtown, this is ridiculous!! Wouldn't you expect a higher level of professionalism from a BMW dealership?  Lesson learned and we will never consider buying from this dealership again.

It is a no-frill and honest business here, performed by Porsche specialists trained by Porsche. I was able to sit in the common area while the services were performed. He told her he just did an adjustment and she did not owe him anything but to come around when she really needed work. He charged her a handshake. Honest and competent.
